Feb 26,2025Very expensive items, rarely have sizes in stock, you need to remember to skip your VIP membership early as you cannot get refunded, once my order has arrived I'm cancelling, you do not benefit from sale items, e.g a T shirt in the sale would be £20 cash or a VIP credit ( ordinarily worth £59) absolutely no benefit...

Feb 23,2025I ordered the new Terry cotton tracksuit in red, my tracksuit bottoms came with a white logo, and the hoodie came with a red logo… I asked for a replacement and they sent a new one also with a red logo on it… I then asked if there is a issue with the making of the tracksuit and they left the chat… They was rude and did not care, there is no other kind of tracksuit or hoodie in the new red colour they have released, only the one I ordered, they have not assisted in rectifying the issue, and have left me no choice but to leave this review and also cancel my membership, I’ve been shopping with Fabletics for around 3/4 years now and this situation has left me no choice but to not shop with them any further, my experience with Fabletics I would say is a 1 out of 10 considering the attitude and rudeness of the person I spoke with on the live chat.

Feb 23,2025I really love your product but the only thing that annoys me is your app and website. It is very slow, and the order process takes too long. What’s the point of having an app if I have to come to your website and start the order again.

Feb 22,2025I bought two pairs of flared bottoms & love them, what I don’t love is I found myself on the automated VIP membership which I don’t recall agreeing to. Cancelled my membership but they don’t have the authority to refund the £109.98 that’s been taken from my account!!! My follow-up email has been sent I want to be able to spend what they’ve taken. Be careful guy!!!

Feb 19,2025Always a great and easy way of looking around the website, ordering what I need. The site is easy to use. The only 3 things for me I would like updating. .More long sleeved baggy clothing for those who are bigger. Over the bottom sized. . The website freezes for me on my phone occasionally. . Things I want aren't available in my size. But that's because the site is so popular. Overall, I love perusing the site, and saving items to my list. It's easy to use as said before, and I like the collaborations that happen.

Feb 19,2025I had trouble to check out on mobile phone (iPhone), as for some reason it kept asking for delivery address although I had ticked 'same as billing address' and I could not move on. However, I went on my laptop (apple, and next day) and there was no problem at all.

Feb 18,2025I have been automated onto the VIP membership. I have called to cancel and request a full refund. Refund promised, and repaid. But, the following month, DD still taken out despite requesting cancellation. Be careful with this supplier. Clothes are not high end, the quality is so-so, depends what you expect for the money but there are far better quality brands available.
