Feb 10,2025The quality and fit is not great. I can not wear them, but can't refund either. Because I had to suspend my bank account after they refused refund for something I didn't even buy. I do not trust them with my bank account details. WhatsApp customer service is non existent too.

Feb 10,2025I cancelled but they still took my money. They are being difficult about dealing with my request for a refund. The clothes are not very good quality and actually the quality has got worse and worse. The clothes are not worth the cost. Id advise extreme caution about letting them have your card details as they don’t seem to care if you’ve cancelled, they just take your money anyway.

Feb 09,2025Please do not buy from this company. They advertise things on offer and you are then set up on account that takes a large amount of money out of your Bank monthly. This is not told to you at the time of purchase. When you try to contact them through Email, Livechat or Phone Call, none are available. I have just spoken to my Bank and Fabletics is a scam company. I wish I had read reviews on here before I used the company.

Feb 09,2025Absolute scam!! Bought a pair of shorts not realising I had inadvertently signed up to be a VIP member. Not clear at all how that worked or that it involved a monthly debit of £54.99. I’m now down £384 and all that gets me is 30% off their regular price on 1 item of clothing. My fault for not checking my outgoings but their system is a con. I’ll never go near these thieves again and would urge you to read every ounce of fine print if you’re tempted to purchase their run of the mill products lest you fall into the same trap.

Feb 08,2025Avoid at all costs. They sign you up for a membership without your knowledge and charge £50 - it’s absurd how they get away with this. The quality of the product is very average and certainly not worth the money, even at the discounted price. There are numerous negative reviews highlighting how unclear the membership terms are.

Feb 08,2025I got my leggings in December paid .now twice they've tried taking out 49.99 I never sighed up to a membership!! I have spoken to them and was told it was cancelled and again to it's happening again!!!!!

Feb 08,2025The cancel membership button has been unclickable all month. I thought it might become available closer to the skip date and it was still greyed out. The online chat function was also not operating.

Feb 08,2025Quality of the material is not consistent. With the majority of leggings being thin and see through and therefore I have had to return them and only order to use credits before being able to cancel my membership.

Feb 08,2025Avoid, avoid, avoid! Absolutely horrific company and customer service. Complete fraud. Do NOT get tricked into sneakily subscribing where they will charge you £55 a month for absolute no reason! Oh… and refuse to give you a refund!!!!!

Feb 08,2025Update: I called them and they say they will refund me the £54. Sneaky company. You order something and they add you to some bullshit "VIP membership" on the very, very downlow. I found a £54 charge on my account this morning for this. Was it included in the small print? Probably, but other companies are less dishonest. And I know if I try and get my money back they'll give me some bullshit about reading the terms more carefully. Avoid at all costs.

Feb 07,2025I wouldn't even give them a 1. They are a scam. 3 separate occasions now I have had multiple transactions taken out of my bank account when I don't have a vip. I called fabletics and have been told they can't even find my account. They now owe me hundreds for what i would called os fraud. Thay have been taking money for 3 years. This will be the 3rd time I will be contacting my bank about fraudulent activity. I will also be contacting trading standards. This company is disgraceful

Feb 07,2025Their business model is not a scam but you must be very very careful to skip the month or be charged. I have been a member for almost 10 years the actual problem I am having is the dramatic reduction in the quality of the products lately. I have 4 year old trinity utility leggings I love and wear all the time and would love another pair of if they made them but a new pair of cold weather leggings had to be returned as faulty after the fabric bobbled after 2 hours of wearing. Descriptions are inaccurate stating leggings have pockets plural when they dont even have one functional pocket. The number of leggings I have returned as the description clearly states pockets and then does not have them when they arrive. You flag it up but no one bothers to correct the inaccurate description. But the real reason I will be cancelling is they have broken my trust. I submitted a negative review of the faulty item yet it still states 100% of purchasers would recommend this product I know this not to be true I can even see other negative reviews of the same item although mine is nowhere to be seen.

Feb 10,2025Membership is £54 per calendar month but they do not make this clear when you make an order. You get 1 VIP credit per month as far as I can tell. You can use this credit in exchange for 1 item and only items that say you can use it for them. Membership is also supposed to give you reduced prices of up to 50% off full price ( this is why I thought it might be worth it) however they don't discount everything you order and in the order I made I got only 18% off so no where near 50% and 1 item was full price. I tried to discuss this with their online support however they just kept saying their higher support said it was a discounted price ( which it wasn't) I made 2 calls. The first I got cut off and the 2nd I gave up trying. I cancelled my membership. I would recommend you avoid this company
