Feb 16,2025I just love my Fabletics sports wear! The monthly charge may initially seem expensive but being a VIP member allows you to access up to 40% discounts regularly on purchases as well as first access to Fabletics’ sale. I have lots of leggings in different styles and the quality of fabric means they wash well, don’t bobble or lose stretch, retain their vibrant colour and ultimately last much longer than other high street brands. I won’t now buy anything else!

Feb 16,2025Awful experience shopping with Fabletics. The way the system is set up is criminal. Preys on people to become members and forget so they can continue to charge you. Any good products are always out of stock. Avoid and stick to Gymshark.

Feb 15,2025Cancellation is an absolute joke. Cancelled and still taking money every week not month, had to now cancel my credit card. Spoke to customer service and wow how obnoxious there attitude is unbelievable. Truly wouldn't recommend at any cost i would seriously run the other way. Products are crap falling apart after a single use. Stick to named or unnamed brands, avoid fabletics it's not worth the hassle, time or loss of money.

Feb 15,2025Ordered Cold Weather Pocketed High-Waisted Mini Flare leggings for my daughter for Christmas 2024. Normal price £89.99, I got them in a deal luckily. 6 weeks later, they have already gone bobbly. I bought them as I thought Fabletics was a quality brand, and for something priced so highly, thought they would last. So disappointed, as is my daughter. I will be shopping elsewhere in future.

Feb 14,2025A total scam. Products massively over priced, however a good offer to lure you in. Only to end up tied to a subscription which will never benefit you! You never get those deals again. And the items FULL PRICE are cheaper than your member credit!! Absolute scam. And what’s more is you can’t pause your subscription. Only skip a month with a small window to do so. NEVER EVER HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION. It’s not what they make out and it’s cheaper buying without. What’s more is they now expire!!! So they’ll take your money and you don’t receive any goods or service. And heaven forbid you go through a tough time…ill health, folded business, ill relative, death of relative, child has illness, injury, school refusal due to anxiety and autism and a whole load of more challenges…that prevent you from being able to focus on this. As they won’t give one iota, when you have the time and ability to reach out to them. AVOID! Nobody knows the future!! And you might end up being scammed further.* *Fabletics did eventually refund me in full. However it takes time and being passed from pillar to post. A lot of miss communication, as one CSR says one thing and another something different. You will eventually stumble across the one WHO CAN and WILL! Thank you to the three who helped me. The company should look at pricing and ditch subscriptions, I bet it’d generate way more sales and revenue and have glowing reports. Maybe review your CSR’s too! I’d genuinely buy from you, but not paying over the odds for something or signing a subscription for a one off 70% off that you can’t ditch easily, let alone you have to pay that first monthly premium. It’s a battle you have to be willing to battle to “win” and to win is just paying what the goods are worth.

Feb 14,2025When buying the offers that are heavily promoted I had not realised I was signing up for a monthly membership. This money was taken and then when I asked to cancel a refund was refused, instead I was told I would have to pay full price for a item £49 instead of 2 for £24

Feb 12,2025Terrible awful quality clothes. All went in the bin. Took out a secret membership. Cancelled it. Still took the huge payment. Customer services claimed they couldn’t help and sent a link to sort it. The link didn’t work. The phone number is fake and doesn’t work. The chat crashes and doesn’t work. Money wasted on unwearable clothes then money stolen out of account. Lesson learned. Always read reviews first

Feb 12,2025After slogging it out with Fabletics, I eventually managed to cancel my membership and free myself from this shocking company. It took two phone calls and a couple of emails to cancel my membership. This was three months ago, However, I have just noticed that they have taken a sneaky £54.99 payment from my bank account, three months on. I have emailed them on three occasions now stating that I am no longer a member. They are intentionally dragging their feet so that they can keep the money for a bit longer. They have requested my email that went with the account in each of their emails that they have sent. This I have confirmed and provided them with this information in all three emails that I have sent them. Absolute scammers, If you manage to close your account, please ensure you check your bank account for several months afterwards.

Feb 11,2025Reaching customer service to get refund for the membership fee borders on miraculous. You cannot do it over email, they send you to the chat and the chat collapses before it even launches and it because it is replaced by the website. What an absolute mess

Feb 10,2025I do not like to leave negative comments, but I do not want others to experience what I have. I used to use this company alot before. Signed up to them before Christmas as needed new leggings. Have had my 4 pairs from them since 2020, and they are only just starting to wear. I was not happy with the quality of the new leggings compared to the old but I put this down to being the design I ordered. I went in to the account ever month between the 1st-5th and skip the subscription. However they still charged me. I rang to cancel, and felt that I was being talked out of cancelling. When I explained the above the person wanted to tell me I can skip the month and received and email confirming it I have advised them I have done this. But have never received an email from them (not even in my junk). They continued to follow there script. To the point that I was so angry I no demanded that they cancel it and otherwise I would be contacting the ombudsman. I will not be using this company again. It is a real shame..

Feb 10,2025I just wanted to buy a pair of shorts. Ended up with a non solicited subscription that charged 49.90 from my Paypal Account a month later (the shorts were 17.90!!). Very close to a scam as this is far from clear in their sales process.
