Ik heb 1 keer een reminder gestuurd en verder werd het goed opgepakt. Net bedrijf en keurige behandeling. Zonder de reminder - zeker 5 sterren waard!

Sep 11,2024I contacted customer support recently to discuss a fault with my fire angel CO monitor. It was beeping twice and flashing to say there was a fault which was concerning given that it was only a few months old. I chatted to a lovely representative and after sending proof of purchase (it was installed by a contractor but they kindly accepted invoice proof) a replacement is in the post. Excellent service!

Sep 09,2024Query regarding smoke alarm emitting Iow battery warning device had 10 year warranty and was only 4 years old. Emailed company received response same day and was advised replacement had been sent out. This was received 4 days later. Excellent customer service from Alan & Nikkita.

Sep 06,2024Een hele schrik, midden in de nacht gewekt worden door het rookalarm, terwijl er niets aan de hand is. Mijn ervaring deelde ik met de klantenservice en er werd zorgvuldig op gereageerd. Met een nieuwe rookmelder ga ik ervanuit dat het probleem is opgelost. Met dank aan Nikkita.

I emailed with details of a faulty Carbon Monoxide alarm and she responded really quickly and set out clearly what information she required in order to look into the problem. Once all information was supplied she again responded really quickly with a resolution. A new alarm is going to be posted out, and should be with me in the next few days. Great service Thanks again Nikkita.

Sep 18,2024Nikkita gave me very prompt and good advice on the siting of the carbon monoxide detector. I had placed it much too near the boiler, although quite clear on the instructions which I did not read because the print was so small.
