Apr 15,2025A smoke alarm bought through Amazon stopped working after 4 years in situ. I first spoke to a Alan at Fire Angel who advised what I should include in an email. I received a reply within an hour from Sophia who advised that the smoke alarm was being replaced. Great service. 👏

Apr 11,2025You only ever know how good a company is when you have a problem. After one smoke alarm failed I decided to reach out to Fireangel. First email was sent at 10pm last night and already they have responded with the promise of sending out a replacement. It certainly means I will continue to use Fireangel for my smoke and CO alarms in the future. Oh yes and on top of that I find the Fireangel products to be of exceptional quality. Apr 10,2025I recently phoned Fire angel to report that our CO detector had failed 5years into the 7year guarantee period. The courteous response was exactly what I wished for. After I described the problem and sent photographic evidence of my proof of purchase by email I received a prompt email reply and a replacement delivered free within days. Excellent service thank you Sam and Sophia. I shall have no hesitation in buying Fire Angel products in future.

Apr 10,2025Three identical smoke alarms failed or regularly false alarming in as many years, the last inside six months. Warranty pointless as supplied by contractor who just shrugs, gives me a new one, and puts the old one in the bin each time. Junk quality, avoid! Added after your reply: I’m not displeased with the contractor, since he replaces without quibble, although seems to expect the necessity. I’m only disappointed in your product and the repeated waste. I did previously contact you directly but you offered zero help beyond a replacement, and only if I could produce the exact receipt, which of course you know almost nobody keeps. Please just sell a reliable product and spare the waste!
