Sep 04,2024Great Customer Service! I called FireAngel Customer Support to discuss an issue I had with an interlinked Heat Detector. Nikki was very quickly able to diagnose the fault, based on the behaviour of the alarm. I then provided some further information to Sam, who swiftly processed a replacement alarm for me, understanding the importance of having a fully functioning fire safety system in the house. The end to end process was very slick and professional. Thank you Sam and Nikki - I'm very impressed with FireAngel!

Sep 02,2024Been using FireAngel for a number of years and have found them reliable and easy to replace. Recently one started to malfunction operating when no smoke evident. Contacted Nikkita and Alan at FireAngel who promptly arranged a replacement to be sent on receipt of the original invoice. Good service and pleased to have both alarms functioning properly.

Sep 01,2024FireAngel - a reputable company that honours it's warranty. They very promptly replaced a faulty FireAngel ST-620 that was bought in 2018 in 2024. A replacement FireAngel ST-622 was sent. No change of the backing plate was necessary - install, test and all ok. Customer service was excellent, and something other manufacturers could learn from. Thank you FireAngel for your 5-star service.

Aug 30,2024The alarms are going off randomly and Fire Angel refuse to send out anyone to help. We are elderly and disabled and cannot reach them to take them down. They are only three years old Local Fire Service do not work with an existing system so cannot test for a fault.

Aug 30,2024Melding gemaakt dat de batterij van de rookmelder eerder leeg was dan de beloofde 10 jaar. Reactie gekregen van Klantenservice medewerkster Nikkita dat ze dit vervelend vind en dat er een nieuwe rookmelder opgestuurd zou worden. Deze na enkele dagen ontvangen. Prima service!

Aug 29,2024Had to make an enquire as smoke alarm was actually alarming inappropriately and without cause. The online chat took me through possible remedial actions. When these did not resolve the problem I was advised to inform customer services by email. I did this explaining the issues and within an hour had received a reply stating that a replacement unit was being dispatched. Amazing service and response times. Thank you
