Previous FireAngel products have performed and lasted well. Unfortunately, my latest smoke alarm did not but, when notified, the company replaced it promptly and without fuss. If only all suppliers were so efficient!
Be careful with this company. My FireAngel FA3313 CO alarm malfunctioned after a couple of years. I telephoned to see if it could be replaced under warranty. I was told (quite reasonably) that I needed the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, I don't have this. I was told that the Batch/Lot number on the product proves it was manufactured 2 years ago, but they were still unable to honour a 5 year manufacturer's warranty. Lesson: keep your receipt, or buy elsewhere.
I bought a carbon monoxide alarm and put it in place in December 2023. The alarm is now beeping indicating that the battery has expired. I contacted Customer Service to see if I could replace the battery only to discover that I can’t and that I must buy another alarm. I’m very unhappy about this. It is not good enough to have a plastic device reliant on a battery that can’t be changed that has a life of less than 12 months.
FireAngel responded promptly and helpfully when a faulty smoke alarm failed after 7 years and replaced the faulty unit without charge. Impressive.
The service from this company is brilliant. Spoke with a lady named Sophie who was both helpful and friendly. Sent the appropriate paperwork required for a replacement item and the very next day received an e-mail from Sophie advising a replacement would follow with the next 5-7 days. Keep up the good work.
Alan was really helpful when I contacted him regarding my FireAngel product. He carefully explained how to check the CO monitor and listen to my concerns. I have dealt with him on two occasions and on both occasions he has always responded quickly to sort out the problems.
I am extremely unsatisfied. The smoke detector has apparently been delivered to me when I was not at home. Unfortunately, I received neither an e-mail nor an SMS in order to warn me that the parcel was delivered in a pick up location. I discover now that the parcel has been sent back to sender.. What a bad service!

I phoned fire angle support regarding my carbon monoxide alarm this firm are really good at honouring the warranty my first one in my caravan stopped working and one quick call was all I needed another is on its way got to my caravan a week later to hear bleeping on the one in my passage I more call today and just received a email to say how sorry that the same has happened another one on its way thanking Sam for the quick service today
On two occasions now I have contacted the team at customer support and on both occasions they sorted out my problem with great customer service. On this occasion I talked to Sam who was I must say fantastic , he gave all the info I needed and a return email stating that my replacement alarm would be delivered within 7to 10 days . 6 star service.

My smoke alarm recently became faulty after approximately 12 months, so I contacted customer support for help. Unfortunately, I was stuck on the queue for over an hour, and at 5:30 PM, the call was disconnected as the office had closed for the day. After such a long wait, it was very frustrating to have the call cut off. I followed up with an email the same day and received a reply four days later, informing me that a replacement had been ordered, which would take another seven days to arrive. I would suggest improving both your queue /response and delivery times.
I spoke to Nikkita, a FireAngel Agent, she's quick of the mark and knows her stuff. Processing a replacement unit is a quick process and completed within the week.
Nikita was superb and Fireangel gave me a replacement alarm quickly. Pity the battery didn't last anywhere near the promised 10 years
