Upon providing proof of purchase, I received a nice email from Nikkita letting me know that the replacements would be on the way. They duly arrived after 18 days -so all good.
Contacted Fire Angel as our smoke alarm was not working. Gave them all batch numbers etc. Followed up with copy of my original order. The alarm was only 2 years old and battery guaranteed for 10 years. Received communication today to say they were sending a new smoke alarm out. Very good service thanks Sophie and Alan.
My alarm was sounding when there was no smoke. I contacted Fire angel and got advice. I followed their instructions but it still went off in the early morning. They didn't hesitate and replaced the unit in a couple of days. A trustworthy firm with a good back up service.
I had an immediate email response from Nikkita and Sam to my request for a replacement FireAngel smoke alarm, and I received a new alarm 5 days later. Many thanks to them and to their team.

In het begin geen klachten, echter vanaf 4 jaar af en toe een piep op willekeurige momenten. Een kleine 20 melders hangen waarvan meer dan de helft piept of zelfs niet meer werkt. Waarschijnlijk is een batterij leeg aan het raken, melders zouden nog goed zijn tot 2028. Staat toch zo op de melder.. valt dit onder garantie? Rees mail gestuurd naar FireAngel zelf maar geen antwoord mogen ontvangen...

Faulty smoke alarm products - bought in October 21 and battery now doesn't work (it should last until October 2026!). What a joke?! Requesting a receipt from 3 years ago, product serial number and picture of product stating it should work through to Oct 26 is not acceptable. Product is still under warranty but cannot be replaced. AVOID AVOID AVOID this product.
