Spoke to Rob on the chat function today about a concern I had with my CO alarm. The service was amazing, he was quick to respond, patient and knowledgeable and really helped to put mind at ease and resolve the issue. Would highly recommend this company and their excellent customer service!
Just did everything that was expected
I had a failed carbon monoxide alarm and wrote to FireAngel. I had a swift reply, including an apology from Nikkita who quickly resolved the matter and sent me a replacement alarm. It’s a really super to see customer service like this still exists. Well done to them.

WARNING FIRE ANGEL PRODUCTS ARE NOT MADE TO LAST. DANGEROUS SO CHECK THEM. I have had seven of thier smoke alarms go faulty. Some just stopped working, some drained batteries, some beeped despite battery change. Two were nearly new so retailer refunded me. I tried to find out why so many fure angel smoke alarms were going faulty from contacting the manufacturer but repeatedly was told they were out of warrantee so they could do nothing. I did point out some were under the two, five or ten year life expectancy of battery and I just was surprised they went faulty at all. Genuinely trying to find out why I was dealt with very badly by the manufacturer. Asking why the alarm that had been purchaded and fitted last year had a Replace by 2029 date on yet was not under warentee? They kept avoiding answering and said "I am not going to get into back and forth with you, we can not help you any further" As a life saving product the company should take seriously any faulty item. I did offer to return the faulty items so they could at least be assessed and check for faults in currently manufacturered products but I got no response. This firm is obviously aware of faulty products amd is putting peoples lives at risk. DO NOT BUY FIRE ANGEL PRODUCTS Note they have responded. I spoke to authorities and as expected they are in breach of manufacturing rules. They should take back faulty items to find possible causes. The claim that a date on the product had been tampered with means even more reason to get the item returned and traced. Putting lives at risk is just not acceptable. I will send my findings to trading standards and fire safety as these going faulty could cost lives very easily.
Fireangel rapidly and efficiently replaced a smoke alarm unit in which the battery was reporting itself as running low after just 7 years of its 10-11-year lifetime.

Initially contacted FireAngel via online chat (Rob) to report that one of my fire alarm sensors was defective and the other was 'occasionally' giving the battery low beep! Both units (ST-622) were purchased in December 2017. He gave me the email address of whom to contact and what details were required (Batch/Replace by date/Proof of purchase) to request a replacement (10 year warranty back then). 24 hours later I received a reply asking a couple of questions which I responded to. Within the hour they replied again with further advice and to inform me that a replacement for the defective unit would be in the post Royal Mail to reach me within 7-10 days. Although I do a 2 monthly clean on the sensors I have deep cleaned the second sensor as directed and will continue to monitor to see if it clears the issue. Thank you to Rob, Sam & Nicki for your speedy replies, advice and for sorting out a replacement.
Unfortunately I had to contact fire angel about a issue I had with their smoke / Heat detectors. I had a conversation with one of their staff and sent an email to them. Within 24 I had a response and was told replacements will take approximately 5 days to deliver. Outstanding customer service.
Fast and efficient customer service again from (Nicke this time) at FireAngel. Following my earlier experience and review of online chat, subsequent response by email (after I provided proof of purchase details to request a replacement smoke alarm), was received very quickly and replacement alarm arranged. Great service. Many thanks all round.
