Aug 07,2023I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying to use the app that turned out to be completely useless. From the moment I downloaded the app, I encountered nothing but frustration and disappointment. The app failed to allow me to log in or even begin to use its features. Every time I attempted to log in, I was met with a frustrating error message stating, "Error: Sorry, something went wrong, please try again." As a pet owner in need of veterinary assistance, I had high hopes for this app, but it failed to deliver even the most basic functionality. To make matters worse, when I reached out to the company for support by sending an email, I received no response whatsoever. This lack of customer service only added to my frustration and left me feeling completely ignored and neglected. I would strongly advise against wasting your time and energy with this.

Vi blev rekommenderade att ringa akuten, men akuten blev bara sura eftersom det tydligen inte var något akut. Vi ringde akuten och dom bekräftade att dom gärna rekommenderar att ringa akuten för att själva inte hamna i trubbel om dom säger fel..

Jun 17,2023What a useless system. Have spent over an HOUR just trying to get their useless app to send me a four digit code so I can get a vet appointment. To get to this part of the booking I had already tried to book the appointment and upload a photo only for the system to insist on sending me a 4 digit code to my phone. The code never arrives. The app is the essential part of this system and is currently not working - so much for being able to get a vet appointment 24/7 - meanwhile - as it's the weekend there is no one at all to report this uselessness to. I have sent an email to their so called support only to get an auto reply saying they don't work weekends! Their system does not recognise my phone number - yet if I try to Sign Up - it tells me there is already my phone number in their system.

It’s so easy to set up a call, and the vets I’ve spoken to are extremely friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Also I love knowing they are there 24 hours a day! It’s free with our insurance, which seems too good to be true!

May 26,2023Innerhalb des Timeslots wurde glaube ich alles sehr direkt und effizient angesprochen. Präzise Fragen, klare Anweisung. Am Ende gibt es noch eine Zusammenfassung per Mail. Für mich ist die Videosprechstunde eine erste Meinung, ob ein Besuch in der Klinik nötig ist oder nicht. Zudem stresst ein Tierarztbesuch meinen Hund extrem, weshalb ich deshalb schon eine Alternative gesucht habe. Ich war sehr zufrieden!

Apr 13,2023Don’t use never this app please. Just go straight to the doctor. Otherwise you will pay 699kr and they will tell you that you must go to the doctor. Be careful, they don’t write you any medication.

Mar 16,2023Placed an order for renal dog food on 6th March. DHL were down to deliver the item. DHL said they attempted delivery but didn't. Chased with Firstvet and DHL and gave my number but no one called, then the delivery went back to Firstvet. Firstvet didn't have stock to resend urgently as I was running low on dog food by this stage. Bit shirty and said it was a DHL issue and they had done everything they could. Won't use this company again.
