Thank you to the vet who gave advice on what to do via the video call at the unsociable time of Sunday evening. I was able to get my dog sorted at the nearest emergency vets. This is a free service with my insurer Many Pets and I am grateful for it's existence.

We are feeding our little four legged puppy with Acana food which is one of the best brand on the market but hard to get treats in UK. After hours of search I found firstvet and they do not just sell the dry food but the treats as well! As I have not heard of them before I ordered just one of each to see if they are genuine. Order received after 2 days! Was very happy, and puppy over the moon! I was happy to see they had it on promotion so ordered more before we run out of it! Highly recommend! Great service, fast delivery.

Absolutely BRILLIANT! All of the vets I’ve spoken to have been great, it’s so quick and easy which makes me feel so much better and provides so much reassurance! You can get an appointment and be on video call with a vet within 15 mins. Highly recommend, plus it’s free through insurance (Many Pets). 😄👏🏼

Absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Uns wurde immer innerhalb von 10 min geholfen. Immer freundlich und kompetent. Ich habe mit der Ärztin per Video Gespräch bisher alle Probleme lösen können egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Egal an welchem Wochentag. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service.

Ordered 2 bags of dog food, payment taken immediately, received an email 24 hours later that the item was out of stock and would shipped when in. No good if your running out. Very poor to take payment before confirming stock and no answer on telephone.

Tänkte jag skulle boka en snabb bedömning av min fågel innan man belastar UDS med kanske en liten åkomma. Första lediga tid imorgon! Alltså det är ju ett j*vla skämt att man dels ska betala 400 kr, och vänta 24 h på att få 10 min med en veterinär i en mobilkamera.

I bought special dietary cat food through this company which was over £60, to then receive an e-mail the next day stating they can't supply what they sold me and they would refund me which could take up to 10 days. How can a company sell you something they don't have and then hold on to your money for up to 10 days? Steer well clear!!

Speciellt hjälpsamma kan man väl inte påstå att det va. Besök en veterinär var rådet? OK, varför finns de ens isf om man inte kan få några tips? Nä de där känns som att de sitter några skolungdomar bakom tangenterna och ger cirkelresonemang som svar. Sen säger de att de tar bara korta frågor - korta svar, var det står framgår inte. Enkelt och lätt och pengarna in. Låter som svensk primärvård ungefär. De där med etik och moral försöka hjälpa med folks djur verkar inte passa agendan, trots man betalt försäkring i 12år. Allt skall gå enligt en mall, åk till kliniken, dvs där man tidigare inte var nöjd eller fick någon lösning. Hur det hjälper ens djur framgår inte heller hos firstvet. Men de har säkert ett värdegrundsdokument att visa fram. Alla är väldigt trevliga, men ingen har ett förslag till lösning. Så det hade blivit minus om de funntis.

Jag var i kontakt med den erfarna veterinären Stefania och fick mycket proffesionellt bemötande. Hon gjorde fler kollar på min katt efter kastrering än vad jag frågade efter. Apoteket var inte till hjälp då doseringssprutan inte fungerade medan Stefania gav handfasta råd. Stort tack!

First order arrived today quite quickly but instead of 12 cans of dog food 12 little sachets totally different from my order. Contacted by phone been told to send photographic evidence of what arrived by email . No word of apology. I am 75 and totally no idea if I have sent what is needed. It made me feel like my word was not good enough. Too much stress for me. Disappointed. I have had a phone call explaining they needed photo of the wrong order to give their warehouse and did apologise and said I could keep the sachets but I said so long as they sent a prepaid label I would return them. So alls well that ends well. My original tinned dog food is on its way.

I had a video consultation with Dr Cindy Blick for my poorly kitten Luna. I was able to get an appointment within 45 minutes. I’ve been so worried about Luna, as she was having trouble breathing. Cindy was incredibly helpful, reassuring, and very compassionate and she quickly picked up on some signs (Luna’s respiratory rate) in the video call that even I hadn’t noticed! I’ve been advised to go to the vet within 24hrs, and most importantly the journal notes that were emailed to me will be very helpful to get the vet to take Luna seriously. Thank you so much.

Ordered cat food products from these online only to be informed later the same day they had the price wrong due to system error (that old chestnut) and would refund my payment which I now have to wait five days for, whilst thanking me for my understanding..which I don’t have. They should honour the price they advertise. But I guess greediness wins. I don’t give the one star for such service but have to select that to leave a review.

Varning för företaget Firstvet, med hjälp av mobil kamera så kan dom se att t.ex en hund att den har svårt andning med stängd mun, och sen kan dom tydligen se att hunden har dåliga tänder och dålig lunga utan fysisk kontakt,sen t.ex ringer ni till en person flera gånger utan personens tillstånd 11 gånger på min mobil de trakasserier, denna häxjakt på att avliva hunden sen göra en bedömning, ni kan ej ta prover eller kolla djurets hälsa på utan fysisk kontakt,vidare har ni tystnadsplikt.sen är detta tjänstfel från en av veterinär och eran adminveterinär

Ordered and paid for dog food. Later told that it was out of stock and would be received next week sometime at the warehouse. If it’s out of stock please show this on the website! Highly inconvenient.

Alltid nöjd med leveransen. Men får aldrig något shampoo, leksak eller godis till mina djur, som det står på kartongen. Visserligen "kan innehålla". Men beställt en hel del i år. Och inte fått något.

Meget stort minus, at der er ikke er mulighed for receptudskrivelse/-fornyelse. Der skal dermed fortsat henvises til alm. dyrlæge, såfremt nogen form for behandling skal iværksættes. Er dyret reelt sygt er firstvet kontakten spild af tid. Men sikkert god placeboeffekt for bekymrede kæledyrsejere.
