They have good customer support… but the food is worse everytime. Ordered some packs of steak and brocoli and the steak was the same meat you give to dogs after you finish a barbecue. They raised their prices and food has gotten worse. Tastes weird. Not healthy
I had a situation come up with my order and was told basically, "oh well". I was fully prepared to end my subscription with FlexPro due to this. I mean I've been ordering every week for 10 months now... Then I'm contacted by Miurel, he completely made it right with me and was kind and curious. Thank you Miurel.
Great food. My kids and I love it. And my latest logistical concern got fixed quickly with great customer service courtesy of Muriel.
Muirel made my complaint very easy and was very helpful. There was a glitch in the system and I was still charged for and a subscription order was processed when I had delayed it for vacation. Muirel got my a full product meal credit, and even suggested a friend get my meals and could use them as a gift from me! I thought that was above and beyond service!

My box arrived damaged & Ariel was super helpful and supportive with getting a resolution made to correct this. This is the first time that I’ve had something to this degree happen with FlexPro, but they were more than understanding & willing to accommodate.
