Trouble logging into my account each and every time. Packages are not delivered on time, even after support provided an eta, it still did not arrived then. Packages arrive damaged and ice packs completely melted. You also cannot speak to an actual person. overall terrible experience thus far.

I was very hopeful that this would be the meal plan for us. I placed an order at the beginning of the week and will (supposedly) be receiving the order this evening. We were supposed to have it one or two days ago. I contacted customer service, which apparently is limited to “live” chat/text. Waiting twenty minutes for a response is time during work hours that I don’t have. The offer of a free week was enticing but a week in I have no idea what the food is like. The only reason it isn’t a one star is the offer that was made to “make it right.” If the food (when delivered) is good I will reconsider resubscribing, and then re-reviewing, but so far this has cost us additional money to buy food from a store on top of what we paid for the (yet undelivered) meals and way too much time trying to resolve the issue.

I tried the subscription because of some "influencer" online. Not only will I stop my subscription from this company, but I am unfollowing him too. The first order didn't come on time (Tuesday to Thursday window). I chat with them and they said, sometimes there are shipping issues, they missed the window and said my order will ship the folowing week. This made me miss meals during that week because I was counting on those meals during my prep. But then the package arrived on Friday which made me realize they had no idea where my package was and they were lying when they said that my package didn't make it that week. I asked them to postpone the following order so that I have time to go through the meals I received. One week ahead of the new order, they place the new order before I manage to cancel my subscription because I was very unhappy with the quality of the order and the experience overall. They did cancel my order but did not refund me because it is "company policy". Nowadays companies just create "company policies" and think that we should follow their rule. I am submitting a claim with my credit card company because they haven't delivered the service in exchange for my $200. (which included a 20% discount for messing up the first delivery). I don't know, they rush to bill clients without giving them a chance to react and then force them to make another purchase because they withhold the funds. Your product and service aren't good. you should refund your customer espcially if you haven't shipped the food. You are not a bank to hold funds. The food isn't good. it wasn't tasty and was a liquid mess after heating in the microwave. It is worse than airplane food. I ordered the large meals and they were tiny. They should work on improving the quality of the food (separate the food in compartments), improve customer service and refund customers who don't get delivered their food.

I had some trouble logging in and a question about my first delivery. BENJAMIN was on it. He promptly got back with me and I was able to get logged in. He also reassured me that my order was good to go and proper storage. Thank you!!

The company advertises lower salt, but actualy most of their meals contain entire salt allowance for a day. They pay $10 for a positive review.

I ordered 15 meals from Flex-Pro on a special where the first order was $86. Before i received that order they sent me a second order of 15 meals that they chose and charged me $160. I immediately canceled but got the two shipments anyway just two days apart. I could only fit 18 in the freezer so we were eating as many a day as we could BUT some they chose were super spicy and inedible or things we don’t like and won’t eat. The meals we picked were okay but not worth the full price so $246 for one weeks groceries for two people and only some of it was good. Would never do it again. I definitely feel scammed.

I placed my first order and then after placing it realized I didn’t select the large portion option for my husband. I reached out to customer support and Olga communicated with me. She fixed the order and offered transparent and quick service. Looking forward to seeing how the meals are! Thanks again Olga!

Flex Pro is all about you. From meal selection, speedy delivery, customer service. I’ve tried them all, and FP was so worth the wait! Don’t hesitate to switch, test out, or subscribe. My wife and I are super happy!! You will be too.

I signed up for the 10 meal recurring weekly option FlexPro offers due to the shipping being expedited for the 1st initial purchase. The website told me I would have my 10 meals by the following day. Around the time I was told my order would arrive, I receive a phone call from a FlexPro manager stating that my order would be shipped the following week and to expect it between Tuesday and Thursday. That was disappointing, but slightly understandable due to it being close to the weekend. The unacceptable part is when I politely requested the whole order cancelled and refunded within just 18 hours after my purchase. I was told that a refund was not possible because the shipping label, which I paid for, had been printed. I was told by the manager that they’d send it to the “admin” office, and I would receive a reply within 24-48 business hours, but to “expect” no refund or to be told anything positive by the admin office. 72 hours later, still no reply, but I did receive the meals, I did not want, on my front porch today. So if you are not happy with being lied to about the delivery or having to accept a purchase you no longer want, I suggest you investigate another food prep company.

The meals are not good. When you try to cancel they make it extremely difficult . Take my advice avoid them not worth it. The food is greasy also

One of the best companies out there! I tried them all. And I stuck with flex pro. I got introduced to them by Ron Mathews. One of the top fitness trainers who trains big time actors and currently goes to gold gym in Venice ca! I recommend them to anyone who try to cut or bulk.

Meals have all tasted amazing and I love that they post the macros to help stay on point. I love that they are already prepared and just have to heat and eat! No prep or mess or waste! We were wasting money on food or overeating so I have loved it so far. Has been about 6 weeks and no complaints!
