Made an order online October 12th. It remained in order confirmed state for days. I contacted French Connection online and via email. They advised they had forgotten to do the order. They would now get it done. Now October 18th. Still not dispatched. I feel extremely let down. They have £750 of My money and no items. I would avoid at all cost. I'm so frustrated and let down
Fast and polite customer service and refunds but they do not offer free returns for homeware. This is extremely unusual for both homeware bought online and high street brands. Disappointed & won't shop here again.

I sent back two dress to French connected but only refunded one. With one email customer service had it sorted out in 48 hours and sent refund. There are many companies I have used who do not listen to their customers, I’m a huge fan is French connected and will continue using this company thanks for your help
Really unhelpful customer service, particularly from Angharad. I received a faulty coffee table from FC which I bought for just under £200. Customer service were initially very unfair and insisted I would have to pay for pickup delivery charge for item to be sent back to FC, despite not being charged for this in the beginning and the table being faulty. Later on, after speaking with a manager, FC scheduled the pickup delivery and decided to pay the cost. Despite waiting for the entire day, the delivery service did not pick up the item on the scheduled day and did not send an email to explain why, which I find to be very odd and which I would like to take up with FC to ensure my details were correctly submitted. I sent an email to Angharad/ FC over a month ago to inform them that the item has not been picked up and have not received any response. I now have a pricey yet faulty coffee table sitting in my home. Could someone resolve this issue immediately.

After writing about 3-4 mails and calling for several times there is no response to my mails and also nobody is picking up the call form the support team.
Having ordered 2 of the Natural Kaspar Pouffes, they came in 2 completely different colours. Having asked for options from customer service, no options were initially offered, just that variation is normal. I then pushed this, and was told that they do not do exchanges. My only option was to order another product, check the colour match and then return the item that is the most different in colour. I chose a collection date (not allowed to return in store for some reason) so arranged to not leave the house on this date. Of course no collection arrived. Still to trying to resolve this, and still massively out of pocket waiting for another collection (I wonder if they will actually book it this time...) And have a giant parcel clogging up my house. Shambles. Avoid this joke of a business
Terrible online service! Made a purchase 10 days ago with express delivery and the items have not even been dispatched! Emailed customer service no response Called for 2 days now and all they can tell me is its an IT issue (but happy to charge me on the day of purchase!) Buy somewhere else!
Ordered online and order was despatched next day. Arrived in 48 hours. Had to return but I found this company’s communication was excellent and refund was immediate. Best experience online so far and will shop again.
Dangling earrings came in through the post broken as wasn’t packaged properly in a box. Contacted customer service and someone reached out a few hours after. Refund sorted asap and even looked into nearest branch to see if it is in stock for me. Thanks so much to Aron for sorting my query quickly and ever so professionally.
Phoned French Connection am. Issue resolved within hours. The service was very helpful and efficient. French connection is a great company to deal with. Having someone to discuss your order with is a comfort rather than wait days for a response to an e-mail. Thank you French Connection a pleasure to speak to you.
The entire zero € sale yesterday was public stunt. Wasted my time for 3 hours , they took the money , placed my order and then cancelled the same next day. Poor IT system. Needs to be addressed. I will never order anything online from them. Bad bad bad #fculsucks
Not a happy experience. Bought a dress in store in the sale. Returned home and looked at it online so that I could show a photo to a friend. It was £10 less online so I contacted FC to say that I may as well return the dress and buy it online. The problem is, the nearest FC shop is 1.5 hours away. I contacted FC and they say they won't refund £10 to me as the pricing policy is down to individual stores! Not happy. Not a FC customer any longer!
Very bad products and very bad customer services. Customers are not important to them.
