Recently visited the Brighton Store . Very poor rude customer service, no greeting! I tried on a jacket and left on the stand by the mirror and as we were leaving the sales assistant SHOUTED SHALL I PUT THIS BACK .I will not be returning.

Love all the clothes I ordered, order arrived in reasonable time. I ordered online and the clothes look just as good in real life. They’re on the large size normally so best to order a size down.

Placed order over a week ago nobody answers customer service lines or emails me back. It’s horrible I will never order from them again. Terrible customer service actually no customer service!!! What a joke

Really Disappointed I ordered this the âme suite jacket on the 26.12.22. it arrived on the 3.01.22. At first glance, I noticed it was creased. I only got a chance to get a good look today. when I ironed it, I discovered that it was not sewn properly. I have picture evidence. It’s lip sided. The lack of quality of the stitching is so obvious. I have no choice but to wear for the occasion I purchased I am so embarrassed. I hope I can come with a look where the stitching won’t be obvious

Bought a green long sleeved shirt a few years ago and when I washed it to remove a small food mark, the shirt was ruined. This, only using sunlight soap. In a sale a little later I replaced that shirt - just come back from dry cleaners who could not remove the small food mark. Never again French Connection . . .

Had to raise an issue with French Connection customer & they went over & above the call of duty to ensure I was happy which has made me want to review them. Honestly having had problems recently with terrible customer care (M&S) I honestly belief in giving praise where it is due & Leah you were brilliant. Thanks for realising that the customer deserves to be treated well & fairly.

Ordered an item during the Black Friday event. I received a confirmation email and then a second email blaming Royal Mail for delivery delays which set alarm bells ringing. Sure enough, I never received my order nor any further communication. Clearly, it was never dispatched. The item is out of stock in my size on the website, so I guess they took the order and couldn't fulfil it but couldn't be bothered to let me know. Look at the reviews before ordering from this useless company. I won't ever shop with them again.

I bought a lamp and the quality is really poor. I’ve emailed a complaint twice now but still no response! Why can you not just do a simple return to a store??? I do t see why I have to pay for a return of a very heavy concrete lamp which is all marked and badly made.

I ordered a rug on black Friday which has still not arrived. The delivery period was 48hrs (Royal Mail delivery) which I paid for. I was advised to wait 3-5 days. It has now been nearly 15 days, still no rug or update and I’ve not had any email from French connection in acknowledgement of the delay.

Re: UK209449 The package after arrived after three days of promises and an intervention from Kurt. Thanks, Kurt! For 2 days, I have waited indoors for DHL, who have not turned up, then emailed me at about 7:30 pm each day to lie and say that we weren’t in although we have a Ring doorbell that shows they didn’t turn up. For the 3rd day now, they have now emailed to say that they are on the way. Kurt from French Connection has kindly assisted and phoned DHL who acknowledged that the driver didn’t actually turn up. DHL has promised to deliver by 4:00 pm today but they lie on a regular basis. As I have told Kurt, if DHL do not turn up today, please cancel this order as I will refuse any attempt to deliver after today. French Connection, I like your products and your customer service is quite good. I’d love to buy from you in future but am wary about doing so unless you ditch DHS for a delivery company who treats customers as if their time is utterly worthless. DHL did the same to me last week with a “next day” pick up from an Ebayer, meaning that in 1 week, DHL have made me wait 6 days at home for what should have been 2 one hour windows. Using these cowboys reflects very badly on your company.

Placed an order and paid for Next Day Delivery. Then received an email two days later (a day after it should have arrived) to say that my order was cancelled due to not having the stock. This should have been advised earlier as could have shopped elsewhere. Not impressed with the service for the price paying.

Bought a jumper in october from local french connection,worn it about 4 times and it is now covered with woolen bobbles.Gave it a wash,didn't improve it.I decided to return it to shop where i was told it was normal and to buy a diffuser or disposable razor and give it a shave!Not the response i was expecting.Won't be going back.

I was sent an email on Saturday 19 November and ordered a top on the same day costing £40 plus postage. On Monday 21 November I received another email saying that the top I was “interested” in had been discounted to £28. I therefore ordered again (paying postage again) and decided to return the first top for a full refund minus postage of course! This is totally unacceptable. When customers receive such emails it’s likely that they will order on the same day. I have been told that had I contacted them they would have reduced the first top. How would anyone know this? So I have paid nearly £8 in postage to get a £12 discount! French Connection have now assured me after many emails that on return they will refund me the postage as well.
