A big thank you to Sarah Jane in the Tunbridge Wells branch. I aimlessly wandered in looking for inspiration for a wedding in two weeks, saw a few nice things but was definitely directionless. If it hadn’t been for Sarah Jane and her suggestions and encouragement I would still be without and outfit! 5 stars for customer service from her, I will be back.
Bought some jeans at a retail shop and was told I could return via the 'Returns Portal' if necessary as the shop was not local. Now on trying to use this portal, Customer Service tell me it's only for online orders and I'll have to pay to send it back. This is despite the fact that I have an email from them PROVING that this is what I was told when I purchased. They also don't appear to have a complaints department and I can only deal with Customer Services that just don't listen. Ridiculous to have to escalate this to regulators or do a Section 75, but I will do as a point of principle. 9/3 3pm: Thanks for the reply below but this is still not resolved. Someone in Customer Services said they would send me a returns label - but this hasn't happened. Please help
This is the second time I yet again am chasing a refund I like shopping with French connection but I am getting a bit fed up with chasing refunds all the time this one now is 4 weeks old not impressed with the service
I purchased a jacket and was charged 3 times more at the till! When I immediately asked for a refund, they told me that they don't do refunds and I can only get the money on a gift card! Borderline hilarious - I’m on the phone bank to cancel this fraudulent company.

Bought the most beautiful little bag, mid blue with pewter chain. It is adorable, but however is totally useless as it is so small. You could get a credit card and a lipstick in it but that's about it. Oh, yes, a key would fit too. You'll have to put your phone in your back pocket. I am giving it 5 stars because, despite it being useless, it is simply beautiful. We're keeping it!
Ordered items which were reduced in price shortly after delivery. Rather than return and reorder I called and they agreed to refund the difference - better for both of us. The lady I spoke with said the credit would go through in a few days and she would put a note on my account to advise of what she’d agreed. 3 weeks later and no refund so I called again. No notes on my account and not prepared to honour what she agreed (and of course I’m now outside of my returns period). Appalling customer service and won’t use again As an update, following my review this was looked into further including reviewing my original call and rectified and with an apology so I feel much happier

Received body sprays as Xmas present and the cans are full of gas with very little odour. The spray is far more powerful than normal so I think could be dangerous. I contacted FCUK and they refer me to retailer but obviously as these were gifts I do not know the retailer but they can’t seem to understand this.
Both of my orders were cancelled. One after 3 weeks. All items remain available on line and yet I was told stock not available. They had my money for 3 weeks and it has still. Not been refunded My order numbers are GP16088 and. GP15881
Fantastic design, fits perfectly. I feel great wearing my new outfit and got lots of compliments. So happy I have rediscovered this brand.

Ordered some clothing for my upcoming holiday. One item arrived and absolutely no communication about the dress I ordered weeks ago. Have sent messages. No response. I am not hopeful it's gonna arrive but can't even contact anyone to get a refund. Would prefer not to have to go to the faff of a chargeback. I expected better from this company. Really disappointed and won't be ordering again.

Mar 17,2023My order has been cancelled because security thinks the transaction is fraudulent. I can assure my transaction is genuine. The whole experience has been very disappointing. Very unhappy with this service from such an established company.
