The homeware products were not as expected, and although the note on the order said non refundable, customer service was happy to arrange a free collection.
Asked them to change my delivery address as I made a mistake in it.It was straight away after ordering, they got back saying they changed it but in reality they did not. A lot of problems with retrieving it from a difficult neighbour. Not helpful customer service, not efficient apparently. For French Connection review the order number is UK448399

No receipt was included with my order parcel so had to use the website to find a way to return items. There was an “Error” on my account page for me to return my items so could not return anything. I message customer service and they said they would process return for me after I sent he details to them. I sent the details to them but they never responded or sent me the return label. Still waiting for a response so will have to go through the whole process again. Very unhappy.
there is only one size listed for jeans, no idea if this size is for waist or leg , and now they replied to say the one size on the website is the leg size, while also replying to me on email saying that the one size listed on their website is the waist size !!!!
I have tried to order two dress from French Connection on three occasions.. iI have been onto customer service numerous times but order keeps on getting cancelled..I even call back to answer there security question..what is up with this company.. its a simple order that they can't simply dispatch ???
I had a swift response to my question but not a happy answer in that there is no apparent reason why Great Plains don't stock size 18 dresses. Really this is prejudice against women who have real bodies and not dieting to size 6 every year to conform. I've always worn Great Plains but not any more.

The logo on the bag has dropped off at the front and all the company could offer is a poxxy £2 refund, what a joke. Never will I shop here again as loyal as I have been to them. Poor quality item.
Mooie kleding maar retourneren is erg duur. Besteld vanuit Nederland. Redelijk snel verzonden via DHL. De kleding is mooi en van goede kwaliteit maar als je iets wilt retourneren dan kost dat €24,50! Niet echt in proportie en best klant onvriendelijk. *De order geretourneerd via PostNL en is netjes aangekomen. Echter French Connection geeft aan 1 item (jurk) niet ontvangen te hebben terwijl ik deze wel heb geretourneerd. Het heen en weer gemail hierover is erg vermoeiend. Het is duidelijk dat klant geen koning is bij dit bedrijf. Heb nog een bestelling liggen waarvan ik wat items wil retourneren. Ik houd m’n hart vast. Laatste keer dat ik hier bestel!
If I could put zero stars I would. I bought a shirt, gingham style/black and white it has been washed once and has completely shrunk.

The staff was really helpful and friendly when they answered a question that I had about a product that used to be on their website. They truly helped me when they answered my question which is something that I'm really thankful for !

Jun 17,2023I bought two dresses advertised on Facebook for £36. I proceeded to the checkout with both dresses at this price, even the final page amounted to £72. However, upon confirmation this increased to £88….Luckily I had taken a screenshot of the final amount before completion yet French Connection is asking me for proof of the advert! This is appalling, it’s your own advert and your own checkout so they should honour the price. Going round in circles with CS despite providing proof.
