Jan 07,2020I'm using the Optimum 9200 for more then five years now and I didn't had any problems or malfunctions. I'm using it daily, some times for heavy duty and it always works fine . Highly recomend + a a perfect support worldwide!

Jan 06,2020I have had my Optimum 9200 blender since the middle of 2015. It gets used pretty much every day for making smoothies - and what a good job it does. After 4 1/2 years it still works the same without fail. Now it is time to replace the bowl and so I approached Froothie. I got a very quick response from them. Best of all, it is really good to see that after all this time replacement parts are still easy to get.

Jan 05,2020J’ai acheté le blender 9400 il y a quelques années. Il est sans égal pour donner du velouté aux potages. Le seul point négatif était la contenance du bol( 2 litres) qui rendait difficile la confection de petites quantités. Mais le problème a été résolu en proposant un bol de 1 litre ce qui est parfait pour une plus petite famille.

Dec 26,2019The brand Froothie was recommended to me from the author of the I feel Good Program. As I am adopting whole Food Plant Based Eating, my small Bullet wasn't coping with gridning nuts and blending thick ingredients. I decided to buy the best product for the job so no regrets about purchasing something that didn't perform and have longevity with regular use. I have to admit I was concerned buying online regarding backup/ after sales service- particularly as this blender cost over $500. I've only had my blender for a short time, and am loving it. It has a lot of great options, however, I ended up messaging Froothie, that the Instruction manual details were a bit scant. They promptly emailed me further information and links. There are also videos on instruction which help. I am feeling more confident about my purchase now, re backup. This is a blender that is versatile and powerful. The things I love: The large capacity jugs, nearly 2 litres each, not one, but 2 jugs are both glass!! not plastic. One jug is for steaming and soup making, the other for blending. The Evolve is also voice activated, which is a cool feature. There is a blue tooth app for phone operation, but I haven't been able to connect the QR code to download the app as yet. There is a 'clean blender' function, no it doesn't make the blender sparkle, but fill it with water a drop of detergent, select the button, and it loosens most residue. A quick rinse and wipe with paper towel and jug is pretty good to go. I just then let it airdry after turning upside down to completely remove any water droplets. I do love the vacuum action, once you select a program, for example "make smoothie" the machine begins an extraction process to remove air from the contents in the blender to prevent oxidation of the ingredients. I recommend the Evolve, check out the videos, and make comparisons to the other blenders on offer from Froothie. You are bound to find the blender to suit you. Froothie offer Free shipping which is awesome. My blender was shipped by Toll Couriers. I had a poor experience with the delivery person, alleging I refused delivery of my blender when I was in fact home, and delivery man did not make any attempt to ring doorbell or knock. ( the episode recorded on my security system) The offshore call centre was dismal, and useless, and indicated I would have to pay a redelivery charge, wasted a lot of time with them. So, there was a delay with my delivery, sorting it out. This is by no way the fault of Froothie, checking Toll reviews they have 1 star rating for over 1000 reviews. I relayed entire incident to Froothie, they have indicated following up with Toll. I managed to get my blender delivered after a delay. Just relating this so, if you purchase Froothie, you can be aware Toll as couriers do not provide any adequate service if your blender does not arrive. Hopefully Froothie will sort this issue. Maybe I was just unlucky on this occasion. It's jsut something to keep in mind re delivery. I still recommend this blender despite the delivery debacle.

I do anything and everything with it, from soup to smoothie, from nut butter to matcha latte, from flours to energy balls ! Froothie gave a small discount, and I was then able to purchase the product. They also sent me recipes for my Froothie blender, (which I love) and as a raw foodist, I recommend Froothie to everyone. My mum bought a Froothie, too! I'm also a subscriber to Froothie on YouTube.

It's really a sturdy appliance, powerful enough to grind and mill dried nuts like almonds, or to chop basil leaves to prepare a wonderful "pesto alla genovese" (pesto sauce.....just made some today,using yhe blender to mix the chopped basil leaves with olive oil and pine nuts). The blades work very well at all speeds. The appliance is very easy to clean. Of course it's perfectly suitable for smoothies and milk shakes.... Giuliano from Italy

Jan 07,2020I bought an Optimum 9200 blender last year. It worked well for a while but the electrical somehow malfunctioned and the machine could not be turned on. I got in touch with Froothie. They were very quick in response and have me sent the machine back to them with postage paid by them. Their management team phoned me personally to apologise for the inconvenience and offered me an upgraded model at no cost to me. I'm now having my daily smoothie happily with this new blender. Well done Froothie team and thank you very much for your prompt response to my distress call.
