Aug 08,2019In november 2017 kocht ik de Optimum nutriforce extractor. Tot een week geleden was ik er erg blij mee. Toen bleek dat de messen niet goed meer draaiden en de smoothies waren niet smooth meer. Contact gezocht met customer support. Ik was in de veronderstelling dat hun garantie 2 jaar was. Garantie op de messen bleek 12 maanden te zijn. (de kleine lettertjes) Een nieuwe set kost € 19,90 plus € 19 verzending(vanuit Austalie). Customer support was bereid me de basis met de messen set cadeau te doen als ik de verzenkosten betaalde. Goede service!

Aug 07,2019About ten years ago we bought an Optimum 9200 blender that we have been using every day. Very happy with it..! So much better than the ones we used before…! The jug is light weight and makes work easy. It still works great; only the blades need replacement which can be obtained easily. Great service and prompt reply from froothieinternational..!

Aug 02,2019Ich habe mir den Froothie Optimum 9200 Mixer vor 4 Jahren gekauft und ihn phasenweise jeden Tag zum Smoothie machen benutzt und bin mit der Mixleistung sehr zufrieden. Er bekommt alles klein und die Shakes richtig smooth, außerdem kann man auch gut andere Dinge wie Nüsse zerkleinern. Er ist recht laut, was bei der Leistung aber wohl normal ist und nach 4 Jahren Dauereinsatz muss man dann mal den Behälter und die Klingen tauschen, aber es ist ja schließlich auch ein Gebrauchsgegenstand. Wie gesagt alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Mixer :)
