Jul 13,2022We are relatively new to gardening and have always wanted a wisteria growing over our pergola. We have had a mixed experience with garden centres and plants, and generally need guidance. We were delighted to be helped by one of your garden angels (Judy / Judith?) at Woburn. We left the garden centre with a lovely wisteria and, equally importantly, the confidence to plant and care for it properly. Great service! Thank you.

Jul 08,2022The service in Frosts was great. Knowledgeable and friendly. I was told I would be called to arrange a delivery date. This did not happen. The delivery arrived unexpectedly meaning I had to cut a work meeting I was chairing short and was then one hour late for a work training course. The delivery drivers were helpful but it was very inconvenient.

Jun 29,2022I recently visited Frosts Brampton. First time in over 20 years! While sitting having a cuppa in the sun I noticed a large metal structure. On closer inspection it was a managers offer! We are developing a 1/3 acre listed cottage garden and I immediately knew it would go perfectly by our willow tree. The guys who delivered were so good and it is now ready to be constructed this weekend. Ironically the table and chairs I bought 25 years ago from frosts will fit perfectly in the structure!!

Jun 25,2022My kitchen garden is very close to Frosts, and I make frequent use of their products. I recently purchased a Deep Root Planter in order to grow carrots free from attack by the carrot fly. It was delivered in kit form for self assembly, but this only involved some 32 screws. It seems sufficiently robust and has been mounted on masonry supports. It has now been filled with a variety of soil, FYM and composts, and seeded. I hope to report success by the autumn!

Jun 24,2022Very poor meal in the garden centre restaurant to placate me I was Offered cake the clearly was from the previous day As it was very dry. For clarification it’s was Frosts Garden centre Woburn sands and if that cake was fresh I would ask why it was so dry and inedible! And no we will not use your restaurant again for a poor meal priced at £12.95 And dry cake at £3.95

Jun 24,2022Great service in store from Sara, was told delivery wouldn’t be till following week, but it was delivered within two days.On arrival the glass was damaged was told I would get a replacement . Four days later a complete new table arrived, delivery guys were great. Many thanks.
