Jun 19,2022I purchased a Frogs Frolic water feature from Frosts in July 2021. Despite keeping it in the shed over the winter I could not get it working in May 2022. The supplier replaced the pump but when asked if the new pump was guaranteed for a further 12 months the response was "it should last for at least 12 months." Not very reassuring. Furthermore the feature will only work when there is direct sunlight on the solar panels so it is not solar 'powered.' I find it strange that this item is not shown on either the suppliers or Frosts website.

Jun 16,2022I like Frosts, but having spent a fair bit of money on some garden furniture they have been very slow in replacing damaged items and transferring responsibility to their suppliers. Not good enough in my opinion!

May 30,2022I ordered 2 'Tea for Two' vouchers for friends birthdays and when they hadn't arrived after 5 days I contacted customer services. They told me the vouchers should have arrived by then. They offered a refund or to send out again. I asked to have the vouchers resent. 2 days later I received only 1 'Tea for Two' voucher. Again contacted customer services and was told they would send the other voucher out straight away. Now 5 days later - still no voucher. Contacted customer services again and have been told they will send the voucher tomorrow and I should receive it in two or three days time. The birthdays have passed and it's now 2 weeks since I placed the order.

May 30,2022Lovely garden centre, our usual one is the Brampton one, good quality plants and the best cheese scones! The events they do for children are great too, we went to the jubilee one today and it was lovely minus the customer service we had and that’s the reason I’ve taken off a star! The girl you have working today (30th May lunchtime) at the Brampton branch may be better not so customer facing or at least speak to her about her negative attitude. She is just plain rude, I experienced it then my friend further in the queue said the same, huffing and puffing, rude speaking. Maybe a bad day but I’ve had this same attitude from her on my last visit which is a shame as I find the rest of the staff so friendly and can’t do enough! So I’ve taken the time to do a review as I really feel she is letting you down in this branch

May 26,2022Outstanding customer and delivery service I purchased a mobile parasol base on-line - I received a phone call the next day to agree a delivery date and was text 48 hours before delivery with a 2 hour time slot and phoned 30 minutes before delivery by a driver as promised. Unfortunately the base was faulty; not due to Frosts but the manufacturer and on calling back the customers service team could not be more friendly, helpful and professional. A replacement was dispatched and delivered within a few days with the same excellent service. I rarely write reviews but felt compelled as it is probably the best service experience I have received in years not just because there was an issue that was resolved but as I was impressed with the initial purchase and was going to write a review anyway. I have no hesitation in using or recommending Frosts and everyone one I spoke to from the customer service team, furniture team and delivery team were a credit to the company

Luke and Russell who made the delivery did so quickly, positioned the suite where we wanted and all with a pleasant manner and smile 😊

Item delivered really quickly with great delivery guys who lifted it over the fence as gate to small. The Somerton casual garden dining set is stunning & excellent quality, all round a great experience.

Jun 23,2022Having visited the Willington garden centre today for lunch, We ordered drinks prior to ordering our lunch, on finishing our drinks we ordered lunch and the service was very slow. We ordered further drinks after lunch, which was on the counter for at least 10mins getting cold while other orders were beng served. At which time I went to the counter to collect personally and was rudely told by I assume management that" we are very busy and still completing your order and will be with you shortly" I only ordered tea for four which looked complete to me getting cold. In my opinion management was rude and such comment was unnecessary will not be returning back in the near future.plenty of other garden centres to visit in the area
