May 24,2022Ordering process was really easy and delivery date was swift. Kept informed of delivery date and time via email, text and phone call. The two guys (think it was Luke and can't remember the other guys name) who delivered our egg chair called approx 45mins before. Both guys were very polite and professional. They brought the item to the house and asked where I wanted to be placed rather than just leaving it on the front door step. Definitely a 10/10 service.

May 07,2022Recently bought a cantilever parasol at Frosts. It was not easy to get the attention of an assistant but once an assistant did arrive she was quite helpful although her technical understanding did not seem to be of a high standard. The product itself is good but the instructions how to use it are not detailed enough. There is no hint how to get the LED lights working although after studying the underside of the parasol it was quite obvious how to get the lights working however I can imagine quite a lot of customers struggling with this. There is also absolutely no clue anywhere how to install the solar panel!!

May 06,2022Restaurant has recently introduced a system of being seated by a member of staff which created and unnecessary queue and it was much easier previously to find your own seat. Food was at best Luke warm. It was a big effort to get Parasols raised Not likely to go back soon. Shame as it used to be fab.

May 03,2022I would like to congratulate the garden centre staff at Woburn Sands. On a very busy bank holiday the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make the visit relaxing and pleasurable. We anticipated a long wait but when we arrived the queue was short and we only waited a short time before we were seated. Our order was taken quickly by a very efficient waitress and our food and drinks were delivered within approximately 10mins,the food was delicious and drinks hot...we were most impressed and will return soon.
