Parts were missing from the chair. I emailed the Frosts customer service team (as told to do on the invoice) but have heard nothing back. I emailed the email address Frosts gave (and received a delivery receipt) but still have had no response from them. I feel this is pretty poor, particularly given how expensive the chair was.

Two very helpful members of staff at the Brampton store, we dropped by on a Sunday afternoon, ordered a new corner sofa and also a cover for it. They explained we would have a phone call in a couple of days to arrange delivery, we had a call on the Monday morning and the furniture was delivered on Wednesday morning, by again two very polite and friendly young men. Couldn't fault any of the service and thats the reason why we keep coming back to Frosts. Thank you to everyone.

We use Frosts in Woburn and really enjoy visiting. There is so much to see you can spend hours there. My only minor niggle is we wanted to purchase a £3000 garden set that was out of stock. No one was particularly interested in talking to us and they wouldn’t accept a deposit for when it was back in stock, in the end we called up another garden centre elsewhere in the country who would take a deposit and delivered it to us once in stock. Would have preferred to have spent my money with Frosts.

I am disabled and visited Frosts Garden centre Woburn Sand today to buy an apple tree. I parked in the well sigh posted Disabled area and proceeded to the Garden section, found what I wanted and asked an assistant named Elle, for some help. Elle when over and above to help me. Clearly Frosts look after their staff and in return they provide outstanding customer service, I wholly recommend Frosts Garden Centre Woburn Sands, and a Very well done Elle

I usually have great service from Frosts, but I ordered a gift voucher on the 18th March as a Birthday present and it still hasn't been delivered. I have emailed the enquiries email address but not had a reply. If Frosts read this, please can you help?

I had a 5 Star Service from the moment I inquired about the garden furniture I wanted to buy - the staff members were very friendly and knowledgeable. Once I had placed my order, I was told that I would be contacted within 3 working days from my order date to book in my delivery - and yes, I was. As promised I received a text message 48 hours prior to my delivery with a 2-hour window delivery time and yes, the furniture was delivered within that time slot. The delivery guys were also very friendly and helpful, they unpacked the furniture and took all the packing material away. The unpacking and removal of the packing material was of utmost importance to me as I am elderly and would have really struggled to do this on my own. So, to sum up - I recommend Frosts and their staff highly as they made the whole process for me as easy as possible.
