Frosts is the Waitrose of garden centres. I’m a regular visitor to the Brampton branch and it’s always an enjoyable experience. The selection of plants is pretty wide considering the size of the place and they’re always in good condition. The restaurant is great, breakfast is always tasty and the cakes & coffee are well made. I bought an afternoon tea for a friend a while ago and it was superb - so many lovely treats that we had to take some home. Staff are always polite and helpful, if they don’t know the answer to your question, they will find out rather than just saying “I don’t know”.

We were looking for a new BBQ and the staff at Frosts were excellent in being very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They went out of their to make sure we got exactly what we were after and gave us excellent advice. Thanks. We can highly recommend Frosts and its staff.

Purchased garden furniture. Elle was extremely helpful as well as being very pleasant. We knew what we wanted but needed to clarify a couple of points which Elle dealt with very professionally. Not a lot more to say.

Staff (Charlotte) was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The product was demonstrated and we were walked through its operation. Placing the order was straightforward. Once delivery was confirmed (48hrs later), our product was delivered on time. Thrilled with the parasol. Easy to assemble. Will be an added feature to the garden.

We visited your Brampton Garden Centre on the 23rd March and purchase some plants, compost and topsoil. I also bought a lovely garden statue of Laurel and Hardy for my husband. As he isn’t in good health I required help lifting some of these items to go to the checkout and then with putting them into our car. I asked for help and a very pleasant young man called Dan assisted us. We received excellent customer service and highly recommend Frosts of Brampton.

Absolute disgrace! After more than a week, no £30 voucher has been delivered. Not arrived for my Mum's birthday last weekend and looking like it might not arrive for Mothers Day. Should have just given cash!

I received an excellent service……. the staff in store were so very efficient and helpful……. The gentlemen delivered my purchases were so helpful and courteous. Over the last couple of years there seems to have been a marked decline in service and value for money particularly in the South East where rip-off is often the norm. Having driven over an hour from Surrey to Frosts we could not have been more delighted with the range of goods and value for money. We ended up spending quite a large amount which was largely due to Paula and Lucy. Not only were they utterly charming but helpful and knowledgeable. The parasol and steel firepit/bbq were just what we wanted and the prices were probably half what they would be in Surrey. Well done and a massive thank you for making our visit so pleasurable.

Afternoon tea for two today really lovely. One of my favourite things to do and this was perfect. Far better choice and quality and quantity of food than my last afternoon tea at Luton Hoo where the building and staff were lovely but the food wasn’t (boring and uninspiring) Susan at Frosts looked after us well. We will be recommending to friends and family and returning very soon. Another excellent reason for going to Frosts Linda

I placed a order for some damasquettes solar lanterns which I saw in brochure I was very pleased with them ordered one day received confirmation within minutes received text day confirming delivery date 2days later lanterns arrived Brilliant .definitely 5 stars excellent service.
