Went into frosts for Sunday lunch. Came out buying ourselves a new garden chairs and table set . It arrived when they said. On the day was texted to say it was on it way . Got a call from the delivery driver to say we are on our way . Even though it was raining on the day , got it out the next day and we are very pleased with our purchase. Both delivery drivers were very friendly and professional. Happy customer.

Package arrived between the two hour slot that I’d been told. Both men were friendly and helpful and took away the rubbish. Very happy

Absolutely appalled today (28-2-22) to find Frosts (Brampton) selling sea sponges. Not only selling them but offering 3 tiny sponges as "make up sponges". The fact that one sponge is £55 shows that Frosts recognise their value. But still sell them.

Went for lunch with friends at the Woburn Sands store, ordered a drink but we were told it was a 10 minute wait for drinks, food was all brought out at different times 2 of us had ours way before my other friend got hers. We had to ask for it about 3 times to be told they were only just going to make it. Chips were cold & tasted of fish! No cutlery offered so we had to go & find it ourselves, no offer of condiments & the staff didnt hardly speak. There seemed to be lots of staff but nobody actually doing anything. Awful experience considering how overpriced it is!

We enjoyed an excellent afternoon tea,at Woburn,in a lovely warm igloo,on a very cold wet day. Everything was served beautifully and there was a lovely selection of small portions that were very tasty. It was a treat for a 90th birthday. Thank you.

Went to Willington branch for something to eat yesterday, wanted ham sandwich, was told sorry can't do one but can do a pinni. No wife wanted a sandwich, was told we do a fish finger sandwich, fine that will do. Ordered tea coffee and scone, that came very quickly, no sandwich at that time, drank our drinks still no show, waited 20 minutes, asked young girl about it ,she went off and bought it back and said sorry, problem was it was cold and when i looked at the bill it was listed as vegan fish finger. I took it back and was offered a replacement which I refused and had a refund. Needless to say we were not happy. The final straw came when my wife who is struggling to walk at the moment had to walk practically all around th shop to get out, other people were asking how to get out, you can see the tills but no direct route to them from the restaurant.

The quality of plants and produce is excellent BUT why at Woburn Sands do they not have specific tills where you pay for your food market products without having to carry it through the plant centre and queue up alongside people purchasing ant powder, weedkiller, plant fertiliser, bird seed, plants etc?

You can't fool all the people all the time. Willington garden centre Country life 80 litres stable manure. £5.99 each or 2 for £12.00. Now theres a bargain

As a Frosts customer for some time now we use the food hall on a regular basis, but never used the butchers counter, we never knew what we were missing. However we ordered a Turkey for our Christmas day lunch, it was wonderful, full of flavour & tender, we also bought a couple of sirloin steaks I can honestly say these were the best steaks I have ever tasted. One other item is the Baltic loaf in the bread counter, not cheap but tastes just like home made bread. From now on we will never use a supermarket for meat again. 10 STARS to Frosts butcher counter. One small thing though, please change your cash desks & put them back in the food hall where they should be & not in the garden centre. Thank you Frosts for our perfect Christmas Food.

I had a Santa visit arranged but unfortunately had to cancel due to my daughter being poorly. Charlotte Powell (customer services) was extremely polite and helpful - she went above and beyond to inform me of any cancellations so I could still take my daughter as I was so upset that I had to cancel. The politest and most helpful customer service I have come across in a long time. Thank you Charlotte.

I haven’t been to frost for a few years because of covid but We decided to go to frost in Woburn sands to have lunch and had spent 130 pounds on a new coat and other items. My sister paid for her bits and then we decided to have lunch after. We used the app as instructed by staff then received our tea 10 mins later which was fine but then sat there for over 50mins with our dad who was strapped to his oxygen bottle as he has lung disease. First my sister went ever to the desk to ask why the food was taking so long it wasn’t that busy. They woman at the desk was really rude and looked completely clueless she said I will find out after when I’ve served the others. So she came back and we waited for another 15 mins no one came so we spoke to the manager she explained that the order had been misplaced or something which was ok it happens she was nice about it and offered some cake but we just wanted a refund and to leave. I was so hacked of we had the dog dad on oxygen I just wanted to pay for my wreath decorations and get out. I got to the back of the line at the main tills and the woman was rude and had an attitude so I literally walked back to the nearest stand slammed my wreath, decs and gift bag down and went! And we were also I was told we have to wait up to five days for our 45 pound refund for the food we never even got! Judging by attitude of some of the vile staff in that shop we will probably be waiting longer. I personally want my sister to return the coat and go elsewhere they don’t deserve our money. Im sure they couldn’t care less but I won’t be shopping with them ever again.

Have been visiting Frosts at Woburn for many years but sadly had a bad visit today in the cafe area. We had chosen here for a Christmas meet up and for me to see my friends small baby who I havent been able to see regularly. We chose Frosts because of it’s usual good representation. The lady who greeted my friend and I was welcoming and gave us some general information. We then went ahead and found a table- it was pretty busy but we saw a lady cleaning a table in a good spot so we approached it. She left whilst she was half way through cleaning. We stood for a few minutes then I decided to wipe over the table as she didn’t return to finish it. I was more than happy to do this but when she returned she basically told me off for touching the cleaning equipment! I understand it’s probably covid related but we were then snottily told we had only just made it in time to order breakfast and to hurry up (we had not been informed on arrival that it had to be ordered before 11.30am!) . We were both hesitant to stay and it felt like the staff all were a bit miserable! (Except the lady who greeted us) . Sympathise things are harder with Covid but we won’t be hurrying to return because of this visit.

I ordered some Christmas Gift vouchers for my neice who has recently moved into south Oxfordshire and loves the Frosts Garden Centre. The vouchers arrived very promptly and required a signature on delivery which is always reassuring. Not been to the garden centre myself but looking forward to a visit.

Just to warn others, this place doesn’t accept cash, it’s card only.

I am very disappointed that you can not longer pay in the food area but instead have to walk all the way through the gardening shop. I also think it is very difficult if you want to pay cash that you cannot. I spoke to the sales lady at the till advising that I would like to pay cash, to which she said you do not accept cash. She totally ignored my comments and carried on packing my items. She should of acknowledged my comments at least. ! My parents are elderly and do not have a card, so are you saying they cannot shop at frosts ?? !!!

We held our daughter's 5th birthday party at Frosts and were very impressed. It was incredibly well organised and the party hosts were excellent. It was ideal for the age group and as a party of 15 children was a great size for the room and activities. Would thoroughly recommend!

I booked this event as a surprise for my husband's birthday and it didn't disappoint. The staff were fantastic, the live singer was great and everyone was really friendly and just happy to be there. The food itself was wonderful, as was the champagne! It was a really well put together themed evening that was very reasonably priced and I can't wait for the next one!
