Sep 13,2021We attended the Champagne and Oyster night and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so attentive and welcoming. The food was delicious, it felt very well organized and put together. Entertainment was lovely and they did a really good job at choosing the Champagne that complemented each course. I'll be keeping my eye out for more events.

Sep 13,2021I recently attended the Gin tasting evening. It didn’t disappoint. It was very well organised as the nibbles that accompanied the gin were incredible. It was extremely good value for money as well. Will definitely be going to the next one

Sep 08,2021Disgusted by the lack of customer service I have received since purchasing garden furniture. We had a defective item delivered back at the beginning of July. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, including a store visit we finally got told this item would be replaced and to expect a phone call week beginning 20th August. Three emails later and I am still none the wiser and am obviously being ignored by the lack of response either by call or email. Would have preferred to make a complaint directly to the company but am unable to find a complaints procedure online nor are my emails asking for the same being answered.

Aug 27,2021Four of us had lunch at Frosts Woburn Sands. All four meals were different. All four meals fell well below standard. The two jacket potatoes has been left under the light too long, the coronation chicken topper on one had one tiny piece of chicken. The crusty bloomer sandwich was soggy and had no crust. The topping had spring onions (not advertised), I hate spring onions. The wrap was so crisp it was inedible. The only compliment was the coffee.

Over recent months I have visited 3 of them (Brampton, Willington and Woburn Sands) and on each occasion I have not been disappointed with the service provided. Their delivery staff have also been very helpful, polite, efficient and on time. I will definitely be returning to Frosts for future purchases.

Aug 01,2021Terrible delivery promises - dates moved and not informed us - delivery dates constantly moved back. No clarity on what delivery will contain as now told it will be part delivery - paid in full ages ago and when you call for help staff are clueless

Jul 30,2021My wife and I were very happy with the level of service we got from the moment we enquired about the garden furniture, when a member of staff took are name and number and said they would inform us when the furniture would be in then when we were phoned to ask us if we were still interested and arranging delivery.The delivery came nice and early on the day and the delivery men were very polite and helpful.A very good team effort all round,thank you so much.

Jul 22,2021Apart from the fact that we had to wait from March until now for our garden furniture, which was not Frosts fault, everything else went very smoothly, from ordering online, to receiving delivery. Have to say the home delivery team were excellent and a credit to Frosts, very helpful and friendly, they unpacked all of the furniture and took away all of the packaging as requested, without any prompting, so a big well done to them! We can now hopefully enjoy the rest of our summer on our new Kettler Charlbury garden set, lovely!!

Jun 30,2021Huntingdon - This is a great place with a wide range of products. All staff were very polite and helpful. The place was clean, as were the toilets. Externally, the place looked extremely tidy and the car park was well kept with good signage. A gem of a place!

Jun 25,2021After travelling from Carlisle to Frosts Garden centre at Bramptons , where we once resided , we decided to see if they had any garden furniture , on display was a Gazebo but unfortunately it wasn't for sale , and we were told none were in stock but were advised they would be in by the end of the May and to ring for confirmation. We initially emailed but were fobbed off with a generic type email advising us that we would be contacted by another department , after a couple of weeks I decided to call to explain what we were looking to purchase at a cost of £649 , apparently the person I spoke with couldn't find out anything but told me she would call me back later that day , several days later and still no phone call , I emailed again asking for some answers to my questions , only this time I was completely ignored , no response , and again no explanation . This is an extremely disappointing experience but all to familiar during the pandemic which is turning out to also be a get out clause for most companies not to respond. We have been customers in the past and have always been pleased with our purchases, but on this occasion Frosts have fallen well short of our expectations , ask yourself if you were the customer would you be happy with this level of service ?
