Bought a Sofa Set from Frosts in Woburn. Very pleased with the whole service from start to finish. Delivery was on time and the guys were very friendly and accommodating especially in very wet weather!! Product is excellent quality. With garden furniture being so difficult to obtain at the moment I am extremely pleased that I was able to purchase this set so soon after submitting my interest.

This is the second large item I have purchased from Frosts over the course of a year. On each occasion the email confirming the delivery states that if you wish the delivery people to remove packaging they will. However, the delivery people refused again! They tell me that they keep reminding Frosts that they simply deliver. It’s not helpful when Frosts say one thing, yet the outcome differs.

Visited today (Saturday 12th) with my daughter, and as always an immaculate store with very knowledgeable staff- never had an issue before until today. After a lovely visit it was ruined by a rather grumpy till assistant (A young blonde girl, I will leave her name out of this review) , to give her the benefit of the doubt it was a hot busy day- however her customer service skills were atrocious. I tried to make polite conversation with her and she completely ignored me or gave blunt answers. My daughter was very excited about buying some bath bombs with her pocket money - she took a while to put them on the counter and give her money over and the store assistant was not very impressed. It felt as if she was rolling her eyes while my daughter was counting the right change. This won’t stop me from visiting regularly with my family. As I said I have never had a problem before with the staff. So sadly I have retracted a star purely because of this one awful experience as this does ruin a visit. I hope this particular person improves on their customer service and I will just avoid going to her till in the future.

My daughter and I had lunch in the Frosts garden on Thursday 3 June at midday. We both chose the chicken Caesar salad which would have been delicious but, unfortunately the chicken had been cooked with black pepper, which I am allergic to, as it makes me cough constantly, and so, obviously, I was unable to eat it. I was asked to sign a form to declare that I was allergic to black pepper, and did so, and I was then supplied with a feta salad instead, but lacking any untainted meat or fish. I was disappointed with this, in that the bulk of what I had paid for the Caesar salad was, presumably, for the protein content in the form of the chicken.

Well organised, clearly spaced out. The restaurant was very well organised and we ordered everything from the table, foodcarrived promptly and was delicious!

Lovely Sunday afternoon tea outdoors in a pod. Service was excellent and as much tea as anyone could drink. Boxes provided to take home what we couldn’t eat.

Had a lovely time visiting for afternoon tea for my mums birthday! We were led to a outside area where we had a circular tepee all to ourselves which I was not expecting. The food was great, fantastic service!

We had afternoon tea at Woburn Sands centre and have to say how disappointing it was. When we arrived, we had no cutlery and had to ask for teaspoons and a second time for knives and even then were only given 3 when there was clearly 4 of us at the table. We had some requirements which were met but a substitute sandwich we were given was falafel, when I asked why we given this I was told it’s the vegetarian alternative even though none of us are vegetarian. What a random thing to offer and needless to say, these weren’t eaten. The cakes were really poor and the choux bun was the driest thing I’ve ever seen and like a rock. The reason we chose this afternoon tea is because we’ve eaten many times in the restaurant and the food is always amazing. We assumed that because the sandwiches and cakes are so good in the restaurant, then the afternoon tea would be equally good but we were wrong. The girls looking after the area didn’t seem that bothered by any of this. Even the highchair we were given wasn’t practical, it had no tray and was too low to put up to the table. Someone called me about this the day before to check our requirements (no mention of falafel) and said they’d email to confirm everything, no email was sent so even that couldn’t be done right. Not impressed at all and considering the pricing is on a par with most hotels, it was sadly lacking. It would’ve been cheaper and far more enjoyable to just have eaten a normal sandwich and cake in the main restaurant. We won’t be doing this again and certainly would not recommend it.

We honestly couldn't be more pleased with the service that we received from Frost's. We just went strawberry picking at Millets on Bank Holiday Monday and happened to go in to the shop were we saw our garden furniture. We knew that most places were sold out but I found a salesman and tentatively asked if there was one in stock, he thought there was but said he would check and to our surprise there was one set left.Just 5 days later we took delivery of our beautiful garden furniture and we couldn't be more pleased. The quality is superb, really easy to assemble, the delivery men were great. We would highly recommend Frost's and have done so already to friends.
