The delivery process was excellent. However the instructions for the assembly were poor and it was impossible to assemble in the way described. By reversing the holding bolts it could be done. However the holes drilled in the granite base did not align correctly with the support mechanism. One bolt was damaged in trying to assemble it. I will have to cut the fourth bolt and replace it after I have drilled the support mechanism to align with the holes in the granite base. Very poor quality for an expensive product. Unsurprisingly it was manufactured in China. Review from a UK Chartered Engineer.

Very good service, only thing was we wasn’t going to be in when they were delivering it so rang them the day before to let the driver know, they never did this so had the driver ringing me up twice to find out where we were, but more communication needed

Delivery men very friendly & arrived when expected. Love the cocoon seat but have not used it much because of dreadful weather. Recommend Frosts & this seat.

Guys delivering the chair were very helpful and assisted in the unpacking and assembly. This was a present to an elderly relative who really appreciated the good customer service.

Advised that our purchase would take several weeks from when we visited your centre. We were pleasantly surprise to receive a call from Jamie to say that the parasol was now in your warehouse and would be delivered shortly. We received a message to say it would be delivered on a certain day at a certain time, and it was. Well done

The customer service team at Frosts went over and above to ensure we had our order fulfilled. We were kept informed as to he progress of our order and delivery times. On delivery of our new garden furniture it was taken into our garden and all packaging taken away which we were not expecting. Thanks Frosts, cant wait now for the good weather to arrive to make full use of it :)
