I ordered a hoddie in 1st December and waited and waited and still waiting I've emailed 3 time still no reply it is a Christmas present and by the looks of thing will not be getting it before I'm not happy it's a joke !

I ordered a hoodie for my son for christmas 5 weeks before christmas thinking this would be plenty of time, I was wrong. I still haven't received my order. Customer service is shocking, no reply to my e mails apart from an automated reply and no answer to my phone calls or messages. Luckily I paid on my credit card so should be covered by the credit card guarantee, they will be getting the hoodie back if I EVER receive it in the future.

This is a review of 2 orders I placed on the 11th of November after an original mess up on an order I placed in October. Very little correspondence has been coming back to me in response to my queries and I'm so annoyed with this company it is really dampening my Christmas Spirit. These were meant to be Christmas presents :(

I put my order for 3 Destiny hoodies in October 27th. I waited since they were on back order. I then started trying to contact them 1 month later to get an update. I sent emails. I had used my sisters phone to call internationally (since I do not have international calling). We finally got through on December 8 and were told that they would all ship the following Tuesday and was promised the hoodies would be here in time for Christmas. We never got the shipping notice, the company has not responded to emails or phone messages, and their website says the hoodies were available on December 7th. I am beyond disappointed. I will NEVER use this company again. I can't even cancel the order since no one will respond! Take my advice. Order somewhere else!

Placed order for 2 items. 1 came no issue. Second item, Destiny Warlock hoodie Size M with printed gamer tag is a whole other story. After a couple weeks delay and no contact emailed Gamer Heaven who state they respond in 72hrs. 5 days later still no response. Phones customer service who tell me Size M doesn't look like it will be in stock for Xmas but S & L available. Change order to Small, arrives a week later and the gamer tag is printed on the back slanted. So a great product which is supposed to be enhanced by personalisation looks garbage. To be clear the guy on the phone was quite helpful, the lack of contact from Gamer Heaven was poor and even though I was the customer it felt like I was doing all the work. I can understand the time of year is busy but on the other hand the option of changing size or product should have been offered to me and not because I was chasing.

The fact that an automated email requesting this review before a member of their "customer service" got back in touch with me is disheartening to say the least. I placed an order on 12/14, and after rethinking my order (and reading reviews online because this was supposed to be a Christmas present) I tried contacting them to cancel my order which proved futile. Their contact number is automated, where you leave a voicemail and you're advised someone will call you back; they do not. I've sent three Facebook messages also and a message on my account and still no response. I would forgive this normally from a company coming up to Christmas but the fact that most customers seem to have this problem throughout the year really says something. I replied to a comment on a post on their Facebook page detailing my issue and how dissatisfied I was, all comments were then deleted. I'm not even going to bother trying to resolve this with them and I am considering a dispute. But honestly, I really feel like someone needs to take legal action on this company. It's an absolutely appalling business practice and whoever is running this company does not deserve to be still in a job and fooling customers like this. I work in customer service myself, for a reputable company and reviews like this are given too easily for small issues. Gamer Heaven is the truest definition of fraud and while they play the part of a normal online shopping site well, this definitely seems like a scam and it's embarrassing that they're even requesting reviews when they fail to provide the service to their customers and just take their money anyway. EDIT: I also have no way of responding to them with my order number on this, so I'll be forced to send a Facebook message that will go unanswered. Trying to resolve an issue with such a shady company is futile.

PAYED FOR A PRE ORDER ITEM AT BEGINNING OF OCTOBER. AS OF 21/12/2015 STILL NOTHING. NO UPDATES FROM THEM NOTHING. NO RESPONCES TO MY EMAILS. WHEN I DID GET THROUGH ON PHONE WAS INFORMED ON EACH OCCASION IT WAS BEING RECEIVED AT THEM THAT WEEK. OVER A MONTH LATER STILL NOTHING. HAVE REQUESTED THE ORDER TO BE CANCELLED TWICE AND FULL REFUND. AS YET NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING.

Ordered a Christmas Jumper mid November. Needed it for the 18th of December, its the 21st of December and it hasn't been sent yet. I shall make sure I tell all my friends and family etc. I wish I could leave a minus star

This is the worst company EVER!!! It's a SCAM!!!! They don't respond to any of your emails properly. The emails they respond to are just automated and do not help one bit. Do NOT order anything from this company cause you won't get your purchases! Read the reviews on Facebook their homepage. I should've done my homework before buying anything from this company. It's a scam and you'll just lose your money. Please, please, please someone out there that reads this, help me like so many others to report this fake company and get them in jail!!!

Item still hasn't been shipped 2 weeks after ordering (said it would be in time for Christmas) emailed them with no reply ordered from here before and is was amazing this time not so much

It should not take this long to ship. I ordered it 2 weeks ago so I could have it for Christmas and can see at this point, I won't. Still awaiting shipping. I'm very angry and highly dissatisfied with this purchase. I was really looking forward to this perfect present too.

I have emailed twice now about a hat I bought for my daughter for Christmas and have received not one word back about it. I originally ordered it at the end if October and when looking at the order it still says awaiting shipping or some such thing. I have waited until now to give my opinion as I don't like to give bad reviews but looks like she will not be getting the hat she was excited about getting. Better customer care is needed.

Contacted trading standards also Xbox magazine UK who's advert passed me on to this company. Advised them to drop association with a company with such a poor record.

Avoid using this site, if I had read the reviews before hand, I would have never ordered from Gamer-Heaven. Gamer-Heaven took money upon purchase, the order was then updated to "Awaiting shipment" even though the item is showing as in stock. I have emailed them twice, once asking for the delivery date and the second to cancel my order but I have yet to receive a response back. In the process of getting my money back but will never use Gamer-Heaven again.

I pre-ordered a shirt in October that was estimated to ship in mid-November. December came with no update on shipment. I've requested a refund 3 times and have been ignored every single time. When it comes to video game merchandise you're much better off going with fangamer.net or jinx.com. Better products and most definitely better service can be found in the online shops of the people that make the games this hack of a website sells t-shirts for.

Placed my order a week ago. Received an email two days later to say it's being processed and nothing since. Tried tracking on website but still "being processed". If it's not in stock just say so. Not happy.

I would rate 5 stars as they have some really cool products on the website, but despite messaging Gamer Heaven twice and heard nothing back I still haven't received my first order I placed well over 2 months ago. I thought maybe there was an issue with shipping but I checked the status on the website and it said its still waiting to be dispatched. Not happy about this as I have paid for my product but still not recieved it. I will send another email with my invoice number shortly.

i have ordered an item from their website on the 18.11.2015 and this has been stuck on awaiting shipment, not having heard anything after emailing the customer services to query what has happened i have still not had an update just a general "thanks for your email"
