Aug 13,2015Honestly, the site is well set up its super easy to find and purchase things. Shipping time takes a while though. I ordered a sweater on August 6th and it hasn't shipped yet. I'm super excited to give it to my friend.

Aug 13,2015The has cool products, so I decided to buy a hoodie for my brother's birthday. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have anything. Not even an email saying sorry for the delay. If it was shipped and got last in the mail I wouldn't know cause my tracking number still stays awaiting shipment. I don't what's going on. All I know is I won't ship at here again and I have no plans on recommending them to anyone.

They ripped me off for over $50.00 and I never received anything, And when I asked for a refund they said it would be last week. And now still no refund. Save your money and do not support this scammer site.

Aug 11,2015I bought the 1th of august one product of gammer heaven web site. It was for a present for 18th of august so I thought the present will arrive with time to prepare the present but nowadays 11 of august my product is waiting shipment!! So at least 11 days waiting for the shipment of one product!! It's a nightmare! So I advice to anyone that think to buy in gamer heaven that is the worst idea that anyone could have! Very dissponinted I hope my product arrives soon...

They are based out of Europe and I'm in the U.S. but I've never had any difficulty ordering or receiving my orders. They ship quickly and doesn't take long for me to receive my order. Everything I've ordered has been what I expected so there has not been a need to return anything. I would highly recommend this website to other gamers.

Aug 08,2015I ordered an item from Gamer Heaven almost a month ago (5 days shy of it) and they haven't even began to start shipping it yet. I've never encountered an online store that has taken this long to ship an item and I've ordered online from Australia (I live in the United States). This has been a very frustrating experience.

Aug 08,2015This is a rather old issue, but it was never resolved and I never received a reply back to my numerous messages I sent in regard to it. I purchased two shirts from your site on August 14, 2014. I was billed for the entire cost of both shirts, plus shipping, but never received one of the shirts. The order is still marked 'Awaiting Shipment' to this day, almost an entire year later. And upon looking continually at the site, the shirt had been in stock many times. What happened? Why didn't I receive it? And why did I get no response when I contacted you about my issue on multiple occasions?

Aug 07,2015I ordered 2 items in Sep 2014 and received nothing; it's been almost a year later. At first it was because 1 item was out of stock but I can see now that it is not true. I have emailed repeatedly to give me back the money they stole and they finally replied 6 months later in March asking if I would like an exchange - (didn't know if I should be laughing or crying) so I replied, repeating myself, that "I WANT MY MONEY BACK!" and of course I heard nothing. Now that it's Aug 2015 I've learned never to shop in the UK online.

Aug 07,2015I ordered a destiny hoodie for farthers day and was getting worried when it still had not arrived 4 weeks later, messaged on facebook and received a response straight away advising that there was no stock at the moment and a back log on the hoodies, needless to say I was not impressed. I have to say though Gamer heaven have stayed in contact throughout and have done all they can to rectify the issue. I have now received an alternative (which is better) due to there being a wait on the hoodies. The item came within a couple of days and I am very pleased with it. My advice would be maybe message the company first via email or Facebook and ask if an item you want is in Stock before you order. Hope this helps! :)

Aug 14,2015I thought if I paid more for faster shipping it would get here quick but it's already been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for it to just ship. A tracking number would also be great so I at least know where it is but nope, no tracking number.
