Dec 24,2015This business isn't that great. I ordered a Batman bag at the end of September, and it's now the end of December and have yet to receive it. They said that they're backed up on orders because the manufacturer doesn't send them enough bags each month. That's fine, but they should say that on the product's page so that other customers know how long of a wait it'll be before they get that product. If I had've known I'd have to wait this long, I wouldn't have ordered it. However, they have replied to my FaceBook messages and emails within a week. That I'm grateful for. Apparently other customers haven't been so lucky to receive replies. Lack of communication with a customer is just terrible customer service. I won't be ordering from this site again.

Dec 24,2015I ordered on the 16th of December, realized I put in the wrong country to be shipped to, emailed company right away and person in charge of order as well. Got one email back telling me that no one was responding to emails til Monday this week, they were all in the shipping department, order is still showing as pending, no further activity on it but my money was withdrawn from my account, I do not know the status of my order or if I will ever receive it.

Dec 23,2015I've been waiting for a hoodie for almost 3 months at this point which in itself is unacceptable but I know how this kind of company runs and some times delays like this simply can't be helped due to suppliers and being overwhelmed with orders. If that was the only issue I would of given them the benefit of the doubt but my bigger issue is that despite all of these delays I have not been notified or informed in the slightest and my messages to them have gone completely unanswered which has left me and it would seem a lot of other customers questioning the legitimacy of this company. As I am yet to receive my order I can't speak for the legitimacy of the company but their customer service could definitely do with some work.

Dec 23,2015So I ordered a hoodie for my boyfriend for Christmas and it's been awaiting shipment for over a week now. Then they send me this link to rate the store, and I was going to wait until it came but the way it looks it will never be shipping let alone make it for Christmas. Don't even bother trying to get in contact with someone from the company either because they never check their Facebook messages like they said to leave. Also don't bother calling you will never speak to a person and it goes to voicemail which they will never return. This company is an absolute joke. At this point all I want is my money back and nothing else from them.

Dec 23,2015I placed an order and within an hour or so cancelled it as the item had already been purchased elsewhere. I asked that since the order had not been processed that my credit card be credited by World Bank and the order cancelled. Two days later I received an email saying that the status of my order had been changed, but no details. My credit card has still not been credited and I continue to get emails about my order as if it still exists. I have received no merchandise from you

Dec 23,2015Service has been absolutely dreadful. Still Not received order that was more than a month ago now. Have sent multiple emails, to all the contacts they say get best responses and other than 1 initial reply haven't received anything. I queried what was delaying the order the reply I got said it should be shipped in the next couple of days and have heard nothing from them since. Disgraceful, if I could give 0 stars I would have. Plus who the hell sends an email asking you to review them 2 days after you placed an order and haven't even received the item yet. What kind of stupidity is that! Oh yeah just let me review this item that I haven't got yet, yeah that makes total since. Have some common sense, send that once the transaction has been completed and the item has been received!!! Avoid at all costs, I certainly will be in the future

Dec 23,2015Item was a very good price and when inspected upon delivery was in good condition. However, after receiving an email telling me the item was ready to be dispatched, it then took 5 days for that to actually happen. I was also told I would get a tracking number to keep an eye on it, this never happened either.

Dec 23,2015I placed an order for Christmas delivery on the 14th of December with the deadline being the 15th. Order marked as Awaiting Shipment since the 16th. I had to call today the 23rd as there was no status update. The package hasn't even been shipped yet so it won't make it in time for Christmas. Extremely unreliable service and would not recommend.

Dec 23,2015Well, the site itself has alot of awesome goodies, but I dont think you will ever see it. I ordered a Halo back pack on September 12th of this year. Since then it hasnt arrived, its already December 22nd. I emailed got a response back in October that it will ship in November. So I waited, later I saw it was available on Hot Topic and was in low stock. I checked the status again for the back pack, still says awaiting shipment and it was already the last day of November. I was about to cancel today but Hot Topic is out. I have no choice but to stay with this one and maybe get it by the end of next year if lucky as it seems. I recommend to not even order from here, even if its the only place you can find it at the time. Try Amazon or Ebay, at least you will see it within a week and not a year. Spent 78$ for an invisible back pack.

Dec 23,2015I've been waiting over 7 days for an item to move from "Awaiting Shipment" to Shipped. Everything I've ordered afterward elswhere with standard shipping has arrived in time for Christmas, but the one item I ordered from Gamer Heaven hasn't.

Dec 23,2015I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 7th, as of now Dec 21St I've not received the order or an email as to why, I log into my account and it says awaiting shipment. They got their payment right away. Now I have no Christmas gift, and no refund.

Dec 23,2015Placed order for an item on October 2nd to have plenty of time to receive by Xmas to give as a gift. Xmas is now in 2 days and still not here:( Had emailed customer service in November to check the status and was informed it was on back order but would be shipped out soon. I am wondering now if I will even receive this before my son's birthday in March. Sent another email but no response this time. I have a feeling I have just been ripped off. From other reviews, sounds like it would be useless to pursue a refund. I just wish I would have seen all the negative reviews prior to placing the order. Lesson learned.

Dec 22,2015I ordered on 13th December well within the advised last order dates. I specified on the order form that this was a Christmas present. Received an email saying awaiting dispatch. Then nothing. I emailed on 21st December and was replied to on 22nd to say the item was not even with them and would not be arriving before christmas. Why couldn't they let me know so I had time to buy something else while there was still time. Really disappointed and my son is embarrassed as he has no gift to give his best mate. Poor service.

Dec 22,2015I would have asked for a refund ages ago but you cannot get through to speak to anyone. Still its Christmas now so I have time to write to Trading Standards and Watchdog. Cannot impress on you readers how much you should avoid handing over your money to this company.
