Such an unprofessional experience, item ordered at the end of November as a Christmas gift, still yet to receive it. Contacted the company via all possible points of contact, phone, email, social media...not once did I get a reply... Extremely unprofessional, only wished I had read the reviews first. Would never order with them again
No response to when my order awaiting shipment is going to arrive in the United States...!..I can't imagine how many people you've upset this holiday season because you weren't able to deliver the goods you sell at a reasonable time..! I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR..pure and simple..?!.

I had ordered a DD shirt months ago, previous to the DD varsity jacket and still have not received it.
Great quality item, fits perfectly. Arrived fast and well packed.
I ordered some fallout 4 merchandise back in September, with the site saying the items would ship in October. October came and went so I emailed asking for an update. No reply. I emailed again,no reply. I then emailed asking them to cancel the order. No reply. After three further emails I got an automated reply....brilliant! I had to file a visa dispute with my bank to get my money back. Do yourselves a favour and shop on Amazon or Play.com and avoid these scammers.

There's no merchandise. Placing an order is like making a wish on a star. Emails go unanswered, Facebook messages are not replied to. Although they were sure quick to charge my card. Placed an order, they said it was in stock and ready to ship. Ten days later, they aren't replying to any communications. I'd think no one was there, but they turned on their auto responder for the holiday. Still, that could be automated too. I'm starting to believe that the company folded and didn't tell whoever it is that adds stock to the webstore, so they keep coming up with neat things to offer, but they don't actually have any, will never ship it, and only take your money. I really get the impression the only way I will get my money back (I cancelled the order. Zero confidence in them.) is if I file a fraud complaint. But I'll be nice and give them 24 hours past when they said they'd be back from their break. Well, I might. Two weeks with no replies isn't what I call confidence building.

It's been 6 weeks and i've heard nothing about my order. Even after writing a facebook message, and email, and a message on their website, I have gotten no response at all. I want my hoodie, and would just like to be updated. I know things happen, but at least inform your customers.
I have sent two messages on the website and when I received no response I sent an email only to get an automated response. I placed my order December 8 to ensure delivery by Christmas (website clearly says if you order by the 12th it will arrive by Christmas). The order status has said "awaiting shipment " for weeks now. I will never order from them again.
I can't believe they email you to give a review! I placed my order 12/10 plenty of time before Christmas. So nothing and no response. I'll never use this site again.

I bought a product a month ago. My order status is still "awaiting shipment" a whole month later even though my payment went through and was deducted from my bank account. I emailed the company asking what the hold up was and still haven't heard from them over a week later. I would not purchase from them again.
I placed an order on December 12, 2015 I haven't received status on my purchase, I emailed the company several times and still no response... Today is December 24th and still nothing!! What a rip off, not to mention my son us going to go without his Christmas present because I trusted this company to deliver my purchase!!! I'm very disappointed!
I ordered this item on the 15th December and knew it was 5 days past the deadline for Christmas orders for the US (deadline was 10th of December) so I never expected it to be here before or right after Christmas, but I've checked everyday since the day I ordered it and it still says "awaiting shipment". I sent an email asking about it yesterday and an automatic email response stating they were closed for the holidays until the 4th of January and to try contacting them again...I had sent that on the 8th. Then I sent 2 more today requesting a full refund, the first one getting another automatic email response, haven't heard back from the second email. I'm not going to stop doing whatever I can to get my money back. I'm not the most well off financially but made sure to budget and save my money to buy my fiancé this hoodie and I refuse to be almost $70 in the hole. TRUST THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEIR SITE! In all my years working in retail/customer service I have never been more disappointed in a company's business practices until Gamer Heaven.

I placed my order on November 6th. Here it is, Christmas eve and my autistic son will not have one of his more expensive gifts under the tree. My item was apparently never in stock but I was allowed to place my order anyway not knowing this. You can never get anyone to reply via email or Facebook so I added international calling just to get an order update. After several calls, I finally got through. He was nice enough but my item was still out of stock. This is simply unacceptable. I found out later Merchoid had my item in stock but it was too late to get it for Christmas. I recommend finding your item elsewhere if you in anyway possibly can. Normally, I would wait to leave a review until after I have received my item but who knows when I will finally receive mine because they sure don't.
I ordered one of their Zelda mystery boxes FOUR months ago and still have not gotten it, it is still awaiting shipment.... For FOUR months!!! I have contacted several times gotten one response that said I could get in store credit if I wasn't satisfied and wanted a refund, if they can't get this to me why would I buy anything else? I will never buy from them again!!!

I sent an email asking the situation with no response. Here it is December 26th, missing Christmas, and the status says still awaiting shipment. Will never order from them again!
