Aug 07,2015There has been no attempt by staff to reach out to me almost 4 weeks after placing an order. It's still marked as "Awaiting Shipment" with no follow-up. To be honest I don't know how a company can conduct business this way.

Aug 06,2015I order a beautiful Zelda cardigan on this site. I ordered it on July 28th and it came on August 8th. A lot faster shipping than expected. I read online how people had been waiting for months, like MONTHS. but I was happy to see my package in my work mail box the day after reading these horrid reviews. Very satisfied with shipping, price and quality of product.

Aug 04,2015I have ordered hoodie from this company and i was suppose to receive it within 5 working days, it's been two weeks now!!!shame i just read reviews now after i have placed an order!!i called them to cancel order but the person on phone was very pushy and rude and put phone down on me!!!well only thing i am thankful for that i made payment on credit card and i have contacted bank already i will be getting my money back!!! also when i rang Crazy4 Ltd number is not working - WHAT A SURPRIZE!!!

Aug 02,2015I preordered a Zelda bag back in February, due out in May, and still have not received it. Each time I contact them about it, it's been delayed due to a manufacturer issue. In that same purchase I ordered a Zelda sweatshirt that was in stock, and then it became out of stock two weeks after I placed my order. When confronted about that, they said they had a high demand and ran out of supply. Then my size becomes in stock, yet when I question it they say it's not. The website never reflected what the customer service says, and its just a constant run around. They finally said that when the sweatshirt shipped I would get a special extra something in the package, and there wasn't. They finally gave me a store credit for all the hassle, to make another purchase. I received that item extremely fast with no issues, but I'm still waiting on the stupid bag. Be warned, if you purchase a preorder, or even something that says in stock, it will not come in a timely fashion.

Aug 01,2015I honestly hope these guys can pull through for me. I made my purchase before reading all the awful reviews that this site was getting, and now I'm starting to get second thoughts. Been waiting about a week so far, which doesn't bother than me, but I'm hoping I don't have to wait months like other people.

Jul 31,2015Just a warning to anyone who's ever considered buying anything from Gamer heaven. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GAMER HEAVEN! A quick look at the comment section on any of their posts will show you that many many people have been waiting months for items and they still haven't got them! I had an item on pre-order, and asked them to cancel the order, once by email and once over the phone. It has been two weeks and I still haven't had my money back or had the order cancelled. DO NOT GIVE THESE ROB DOGS YOUR MONEY!

Jul 30,2015Okay, so this site is okay when you want game specific merch unfortunately their service is horrible. I spent almost 80.00$ for one hoodie, and I have waited a month and a half for my purchase to be shipped. Too long I have been waiting for my purchase to get here. Don't buy anything from this site if you want it to get to you fast.

Jul 30,2015Considering the product shipped from Europe (I live in the US), it was fairly quick shipping (had to wait about 1.5 weeks). While the item does fit me perfectly, I wish I would have gotten one size larger for a slightly looser fit (it was the Arkham Knight sweater..I got the XL because my chest is 44 inches, but the XXL would probably have been best). Other than that, everything else was as described and I have no issues with the process. Thank you!

Jul 30,2015After ordering, I read quite a lot of bad feedback about Gamer Heaven, and worried that I'd never see my order fulfilled. But, my item showed up in just a couple of days. Couldn't have gone more smoothly.

Aug 07,2015First time I've ordered from this site. There are some amazing products on this site esp in the Nintendo section which I will be buying! (Watch this space!) I bought a fallout t shirt which was cheapest I could find anywhere and a batman messenger bag which preordered. I am yet to receive the items as I have one item on preorder but so far so good :) very happy so far. Only criticism would be that it would be better if they could update the preorders with bit more specific dates as these are presents for my partner and I've bought these on a whim hoping they will arrive in time. Thank you again. I will be buying from you in future! Xx
