Dec 18,2015Ordered a hoodie for my grandsons birthday in November. Today is 17/12/15. Still no hoodie. Phoned on numerous occasions and just got fed lies,lies,lies.tried to phone today just answer machine all day. Last time I phoned 10/12/15 I was promised by Mark, I would have this hoodie in 7 days. No sign of hoodie and no sign of gamer heaven staff. You are a rob dog company and I hope you eventually get caught for extortion cos that's what your doing, raking in money and giving nothing. I wish I could rate you minus, but I'm sure trading standards will love to hear about your company.

Dec 17,2015i tried to look at when i would be receiving my fallout box that i order but when i going to look it keeps saying people are trying to hack the system and telling me to close it so i have no clue when its meant to be here or that its been sent or not

Dec 17,2015I placed an order with this company on the 3rd December 15, to date I have still not received my merchandise. I have sent email, contacted them on Facebook and rang their customer service endless times but I still haven't heard from them. They have taken my money but ai have NOTHING to show for it!!!

Dec 17,2015Bought something on Sept. 30th and it was immediately updated to "awaiting shipment." It is not Dec 16th and I haven't received it, nor has the status changed. Tried contacting them multiple times, only received a response once that said "expecting shipment soon". A month later and still nothing.

Dec 17,2015I have waited over a month for my product. I have emailed and sent facebook messages to them and they ave ignored me. I posted on the facebook about it and others have been having the same problems as well. Don't trust them with your money.

Dec 16,2015I have rang to enquire about my order 15 times left 3 messages and still nothing that includes my order. Not impressed. I have ordered no problem but this is a Christmas order and I doubt I'll be getting it this side of Christmas. I won't be a returning customer after this.

Dec 16,2015We placed our order a month ago. We received half within 2 weeks, we're STILL waiting for the rest. I've sent 3 emails and a private Facebook message and have only received auto replies stating I will hear from someone within 48-72 hours. I have not. This is getting a bit insane. All I'd like is a partial refund at this point. I received this request for a review on Nov. 24th, I waited, because I wanted to stay positive, but now I'm just aggravated.

Dec 16,2015i ordered some shot glasses on 6th nov and its 16 dec and they were supposed to reach me by early nov but nothing and i have tryed calling and emailing them and i have had no replay from either even know their phone lines were supposed to be open also i have tryed to get a refund but of course they ignore me. i feel like i have been robbed.

Dec 16,2015Had I seen the reviews on this site I would not have ordered from this company. Still waiting on my order to be shipped Web site says awaiting shipping. Had no reply to my emails or Facebook messages. I urge anyone who has suffered this problem with gamer heaven to get in contact with the local trading standards and submit complaint to watchdog to get them publicly investegated. Money has already been taken from my account and no one at gamer heaven will contact me. Order was Christmas present no money or time to get anything else sent in time.

Dec 16,2015I odered a hoodie on December 8th and to this date which is December 16th I have not received an email informing me when my order will be shipped. I have contacted your company via email 5 times and no one form the company had the courtesy of sending me a response. I feel this is a scam and they take your money and do not send you the goods. Very disappointed in this company and now I have to try and find another gift for my grandson as Christmas is upon us and I don't even know if I will ever received the goods. I will not order from this company again.

Dec 16,2015I ordered and paid for 2 items but was only received half of the order. The part I did receive came very fast and I'm pleased about that but it would have been nice to get what I paid for
