Dec 19,2015Only one of the items i ordered arrived and no emails i sent asking about it were every returned I've been trying to get the rest of my order for two months now.

Dec 19,2015Rated 2 to stay true to Trust Pilot's criteria - Order placed on 9th Dec 2015. No choice but to pay extra 2.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery... Order status now saying shipped, but NO TRACKING NUMBER GIVEN!!... emailed, no answer.... UPDATE: just received package!!! Happy but not without annoyance for lack of commnication... Don't think people should sell to mass market when they know they cant cope with large volumes of customer support.

Dec 19,2015This item took almost a month to dispatch. During this time I made numerous telephone calls but could not get to speak with anyone, I was just asked to leave a message and someone would return my call which never happened...I sent emails but got an automated reply and sent facebook messages which were also not answered. Very Frustrating! The item when it arrived was meant to be a mystery box to the value of £60 for which I was charged £39. £39 in my opinion was what this box was worth at best - a t shirt, a hat, 2 key rings and a wallet! Very disappointing! I will definitely not use this company again!

Dec 18,2015I came on this site without doing any review searches, wish I did now, I ordered my Fiancées Christmas present on the 12th and straight after it said 'awaiting shipment' now it's the 18th and it's still the same, I'm rung and had no answer, I've emailed and no answer and I've Facebook messaged them and no answer, must have called at least 20 times today.... I have been charged £52 I want my package!!

Dec 18,2015Waiting until paypal was available with the New Company, thought id give them a shot. Actually worked out great. Recommend now. Amended Review. ------------ARCHIVED----------------------- Ordered on the 10th, Now 8 days later, still awaiting shipping, sent emails, tried calling, no response at all. Edit: Sent an email on the 17th, still no response. Sent a further 2 emails from 2 different accounts today. See if they bother to reply to these ones.

Service Client absent,site a éviter d'urgence. I ordered 3 figures and a mug, I received a first package with 2 figures and that's all, I have not heard the rest of my order. Customer Service missing, site avoid emergency. (Google Translate)

Dec 18,2015Notified on 10 December that my order was awaiting shipment. The only communication from Gamer Heaven since then is this review request. Have tried accessing tracking details through their website without success. Still none the wiser as to the whereabouts of my order. At this rate there is going to be one disappointed child on Christmas day. Won't be foolish enough to order anything from Gamer Heaven again.

Dec 18,2015I ordered a Fallout 4 hoodie for my boyfriend's Christmas present on the 10th December. It took three days for the order to be accepted, and it's still awaiting shipment. It's now the 17th December. Totally unacceptable. And after reading that items don't even get delivered?? Fraudulent company, definitely lost a customer.

Dec 18,2015I placed order 30/09/15, today is 17/12/15 and I'm still waiting. Spoke to Jacob on phone 01/12 and was promised dispatch within 7 days. Do not order from this company, they are a scam.

Dec 18,2015Ordered fallout vault hoodie on 20 november for grandsons birthday. His birthday was yesterday, 16th December. No hoodie. He had a total meltdown....and no he's not badly behaved or spoiled....he has autism. He doesn't understand why his hoodie has not arrived. He chose the hoodie, we completed the order together. Every other time we have done this the item arrives a few days later. I've tried emailing.....no reply! I've phoned.....only to hear recorded message telling me that all admin staff are now in warehouse fulfilling orders!

Dec 19,2015Order placed and put to waiting shipment within 24 hours one week later still waiting shipment. Chase by e-mail get we are to busy to respond to e-mails. No customer service what so ever don't know if I have to rush out and get a replacement locally. Totally unacceptable level of service.
