I placed an order for a Fallout 4 - Thirst Zapper Official Licensed Hoodie on 24th November 2015. The order status has been sat in "awaiting shipment" the whole time. I contacted the company via email, but I've not received any replies. Additionally, I left an answer phone message as they don't answer their contact numbers (01295 675659 OR 01295 231354). On top of this, I have sent them a message on Facebook, again no reply. The website still claims the item is in stock and ready to ship AND now comes with a free Fallout 4 Funko, something which wasn't advertised at the time I placed the order. I can't understand how they can advertise a new offer, when they have been unable to fulfil original orders. This site is an absolute joke. My only regret is that I wish I had read other reviews before making any purchase as it seems there are other customers who have been waiting longer than I have and also had the same issues trying to get in contact. I highly doubt this order is going to be delivered in time for Christmas, if at all. For anyone who is considering buying from gamer-heaven.net, please DON'T. They will just take your money and not send out what you ordered in return.
Terrible, Terrible Company. They take your money but don't send the goods and ignore your correspondence. Deceitful thieves. Don't under any circumstance buy anything from these people, you won't receive your goods.
Never got item gave a choice of replacement clothes, picked one and still managed to send the incorrect product!
This has to be the absolute worst service in the world. Not only do they not sell my item anymore BUT I cannot get ahold of them to get a refund, when I did get ahold of someone I was told "oh it will be there". IT'S BEEN FOUR MONTHS WITHOUT WHAT I ORDERED.
On the website it says "Pre-Order Metal Gear Solid Varsity Jackets due 9th December 2015" and that there would be immediate delivery. I placed my order on 11/27/2015 and my card was charged w/in a week.... When I check order status it says "awaiting shipment." I u detest and this is an international order, but they can't even return an email regarding my inquiry about my order. I feel taken advantage of
Have no idea what happened to our order. They do not respond to emails or messages. We have sent many messages and emails to get them to fix the zip code that their program entered incorrectly. We ordered on Dec 4th and sent the messages immediately about the zip code being wrong.We don't think the order has shipped, but we also don't know. All we get is a generated email that says they will respond in 78 hours. That is a lie. We are in the USA and unfortunately when and if they ship the order will go to Seneca Wi and not Onalaska WI. All because they don't communicate.
It has been over a month. According to the website, the product I ordered is in stock, yet has not shipped. I have sent 2 emails inquiring when shipment will take place and have yet to receive a response to said inquiries. Unacceptable customer service

Partial shipped order with no contact from company. Ordered back in November. Tried to get ahold of the company and only got a automated email saying they were all in the warehouse preparing christmas orders. Keep trying to get ahold of company with no response.
This is the first and last time I will ever order from this company. I order quite regularly from online businesses and I communicate with customers in my own line of work. Now, I should have been weary when an ETA for shipping was not given from an overseas company (I'm not located in U.K). But my husband said "Go ahead, it's in stock and says ready to ship"! I notice 2 minutes later an email stating "order status has changed" from shipping to pending shipment--OK. Still "pending" three days later (this is two weeks out from Christmas-everyday counts). So I email the person they say to email-no response and I waited 2 days. So I found another email and let them know of my pending shipment status for the past 7 days and lack of ETA on their shipping page at checkout. I get an email 24 hours later stating my package has shipped. No response to my email, no ETA, NOTHING. Will I get it by Christmas? Probably not. I should have ordered from their U.S. Competitor but I didn't. What they have lost is my business and a promo on my sons YouTube channel stating don't bother ordering from them. They don't care about their customers AND their disclaimers of "in stock" are phoney.
Placed order 27th October - it's is now 21st December and I'm still waiting for my order!!! I email, I get NO reply. I phone, I get an answerphone - where I leave a message for them to call me back..... Do I get a return call haha don't be silly. My message says I want a refund, do I get one? That's funnier than the call back. Course I don't. This may appear light hearted - but believe me I'm beyond angry at this point. Don't order from this company.
Ordered Christmas jumper and socks from this website on the 29th November as a Christmas presant for my boyfriend it is now 21 December and they a Have still not received my full order I left numerous mesg on their website,Facebook, emailed them and also phoned then and they never get back to you I received one pair of socks today ( I ordered 3 pairs) with a free gift which was a cheep key ring with a light on. Tried ringing again but no one will answer they are to busy according to the recored message. Can't get a refund as I can't get Intouch with them the item that was delivered dosnt come with a returns label you have to request it from them this wouldn't be a problem if they ever got back to you. I'm never ordering from this company again they are the worst company ever they need to look at their customer services.
Shortly after making my purchase which stated the item was in stock I was sent an email to inform me awaiting shipment. I have made contact on numerous occasions as the item is for a Christmas present but the line is constantly busy and after leaving contact messages I have not heard anything. Very dissatisfied and will not be using the company again
Ordered items in August. Have not received them. My mother ordered an item in August. She has not received that. My Fiancé ordered 3 items. None of which have been received. So far as a family we have given Gamer Heaven £155 - with no goods.
Do not order from this website! They never deliver the ordered product! They don't answer emails or their phone!!
Not heard a thing since I made my payment
It's been over two weeks and still haven't received my order!
I wanted to buy my boyfriend and sweater he wanted for his birthday. I ordered it on Nov 30th and I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. They sent me an email saying their suppliers are delayed 7-10 days but it's been about 2 weeks and my status still says "awaiting shipment". They haven't responded to my emails. I wrote them an email saying that I want a refund and still nothing. I am extremely disappointed in how they can't help me out. Never again am I shopping from this company again.
I made 3 orders in August and they have been "Awaiting Shipment" since then. I have emailed to find out whats going on and have had nothing back off them. Would not buy from them if I was you they take your money and don't give you anything. waste of time!!

Dec 22,2015I placed an order over 2 weeks ago (when the product was in stock) once the order was placed it immediately said awaiting shipment. Its STILL saying the same. I've sent numerous emails to different email addresses asking where my order is to no avail. They don't have the decency to even reply even if its to tell me that they are waiting to receive the shipment before sending out to me. My husband even tried calling them again numerous times yesterday and surprise surprise their phones go straight to answer phone. It says in their F&Q that you are supposed to be able to open the order in your account and cancel your order but when you follow the instructions there's no way to cancel your order!!! I WANT to cancel as I have now ordered the item from somewhere else and within an hour I got notification that the item was already dispatched on its way to me and the item was also £7 cheaper than this company. If this item was for me I wouldn't have been as angry but this is supposed to be a present for our son whos fighting cancer and was looking forward to receiving it. Thankfully hes still going to get the item but not from these rip off company!!!!!
