Dec 14,2015I ordered the stuff on 6th December and paid extra for a recorded delivery with Royal Mail. It's 13th now, I live in the UK, they ship from the UK but my parcel is not here yet. Tracking information says the same as it did on 6th. I emailed them on Friday and had an automated email back saying they were out of the office "in the warehouse packing your orders".. If I don't hear back from them in the next couple of days I'll put a claim through my credit card company to get my money back. Absolutely unacceptable service quality. Wouldn't order again.

Dec 14,2015Have blatantly put reviews on here themselves, I think the way they act as a company is appalling, why they haven't been shut down is beyond me?! Hundreds of people not receiving orders for over a YEAR! No reply from any of the countless phobecalls, emails and messages sent to them. How are these criminals getting away with this? I would've given 0 stars if it were possible, NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!

Dec 14,2015I pre-ordered a jumper back in October in the hopes that I would have it by Christmas. I have yet to hear anything of an order being fulfilled, but they certainly charged me for the product. Where's my stuff, man?

Dec 13,2015I ordered stuff from here and I have been waiting since November 25th for a shipment. I check status and it still says awaiting shipment. This is supposed to be gift for my nephew on Christmas but it looks like I won't get it by then. I've been waiting close to to 20 days know.

Dec 13,2015I placed this order on September 10th and its still says its awaiting shipping. After 2 months went by i finally get an email back saying sorry for the slight delay buy all items will ship next week. 2 months later and it still hasn't shipped and they never answer to emails, even when i said i would contact small claims court. This site is an absolute scam. i will NEVER order here again. i cant even get it to allow me to request a refund for the item. i spent $80 on this stupid thing and ill never see the item or the money again. i highly recommend shopping on a different site if you ever want to actually see your items. sad truth is, i can order an item twice the size from china and have it at my door in Cali in about a week and a half. you would think in 4 months, they could've shipped their entire store to me. Worthless company, will report to BBB.

Dec 13,2015I never heard or seen any mails from you since I sent my order. I understand I'm in the other side of the world, but at least let me know how is the status of it. I would like to know if there's a shipping number track or what method you will use to send it or for how long I have to wait to receive it. I know absolutely nothing and I'm still VERY interested in what I ordered, but also, I'm very desappointed because I e-mail you about this regard, just received an automatic mail answer saying that, due the big amount of mails you receive, it will take btwn 48 to 72 hours to answer, it pass more than that and I'm still waiting for somebody to contact me. Desperate because I wanted to know if at least I can receive this item for Christmas time. But your silent is driving me nuts and the money is already taken from my bank account. So.... What in the world is going on?!?!

Dec 12,2015I ordered a hoodie in September, it's now December and I don't have my hoodie and I haven't heard a single word from Gamer Heaven. I have emailed several times and messaged them on Facebook but nothing. I will try to phone them but I am really expecting them to not pick up.

Dec 12,2015Pre-ordered a fallout hoodie, a month past the items due date I relay some messages between myself and the company's Facebook page to chase up what's happening to my order, each time they assure me that my order is being processed and once even telling me it's been shipped. Today to my surprise I've been banned from their Facebook page and from contacting them. I'd rate 0 but trust pilot won't allow me.

Dec 12,2015Ordered a fallout pin collection that said you have to preorder by november 2015. Now it is December 11 and it still says it is awaiting shipment. They have not got back to me on when they will actually be shipped and i already paid for it and i am now wondering if i will even get it by christmas or if I was scammed.

Dec 11,2015While this website has items that my son likes, it takes entirely too long to receive your order. I first ordered a hoodie in Nov of 2014. I hadn't received anything come the summer of 2015. I sent an email and was responded to (even given a credit) but now am awaiting the other items I exchanged for. I ordered three shirts, one was delivered months after, still waiting on two more. This order was put in back in July of 2015. I understand back order but waiting months and months for an item is unacceptable. At least give the customer an update or do not sell anything if you can't ship it out right away.

Dec 11,2015Have ordered two items from this company & have paid quite a lot of hard earned money on these. My goods seem to always be 'in shipment'. How long does it take to send a parcel from Oxford to London , Middlesex? No response from company. Hoping I won't have to explain to my son that he will not have the Xmas presents he asked for.

So I called them and after 4 minutes of waiting on hold was told by the automated voice that the advisers were busy and to leave a voice mail! Very poor communication with customers. Will not buy from again

Dec 14,2015Not sure what's going on over there at Gamer Heaven but they don't reply to messages, CALLS or emails. I wouldn't be surprised if it was just one guy who now finds himself totally in over his head. My items have been 'awaiting shipping' for 10 days now...Can't quite figure out why these cowboys haven't just POSTED THEM ALREADY. Save your money and time and go to that site, starts with M, ends with ERCHOID.
