Dec 11,2015Bought quite a few items, a week with no contact despite using all the options, sent some but not all the items out, the quality of the items are good and such but the service was slow and no communication: provided I get the rest of my items I might be pretty lucky considering other reviews...

Dec 11,2015Still waiting to hear a response about my parcel I ordered a week ago as it still says awaiting shipment. It stated it would be delivered in 5 days. I have emailed and fb messaged then and called but there is no answer just on hold the whole time (which probably charges a premium rate) I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from then as it appears the website and company are a complete shambles and just taking peoples money. Even if they are intending to ship it their customer service is appalling. Don't order from here!!

Dec 10,2015First order was a tshirt and sweat shirt , tshirt arrived in two weeks and was fine , the sweatshirt was a preorder but was showing as shipping mid nov , i ordered in early december , i had no news on this item until i chased it early january , i didnt get the sweatshirt and was given store credit . Assuming this was a one off i placed an order mid november this year for a batman mystery box , showing as shipping mid november . Its mid december now and no goods , ive emailed twice and got no replys , i will not be using them again .

Dec 10,2015The moral of the story is check companies out before ordering from them! Purchased 2 x BB8 Droids in September on Pre-Order for delivery early November and still nothing!! Have answered my calls and even offered to refund me the difference between what I paid and what they now have them for sale at on their website (yes they even reduced the price even though they obviously still have no stock!!). Now contacting my credit card company for a refund as not received my goods and they don't answer the phone (or maybe they are just mega busy answering calls from fed up customers).

Dec 10,2015I would not recommend this company to anyone! They will take your money but don't send the goods which have been ordered!! They have yet to respond to any messages I have sent them asking where my items are!! I have rung and left voicemails but again no response. I have sent Facebook messages to their page but no reply! I have posted on their page but it is removed immediately. It's one big scam!!

Dec 10,2015I was really, really pulling for you for awhile. You had me going. You even replied to one of my emails, saying you were out of stock, and that you would send an email when the order was shipped. I ordered that Destiny Warlock hoodie for my girlfriend on January 9th of 2015. It has been almost an entire year since the order was placed, and over 6 months since you sent that email. And still it sits in your inventory, "awaiting shipment." Now that I know others are dealing with the same problems and that you're a fraud, I get the pleasure of telling my girlfriend that you stole my $70 and she doesn't get her Christmas gift from LAST YEAR. Gg, Gamer Heaven, gg.

Dec 10,2015Placed an order on 15/7/15 and still have yet to receive the item as of 10/12/15. I received one response claiming it would be in stock in October, but nothing. The worst online shopping experience I've had. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll ever receive a refund due to total lack of communication.

Dec 10,2015I ordered some Fallout 4 items on 4th October as the website said they were expecting preorder to arrive at the end of September. They took payment at the time and the money left the bank within a couple of days. Sometime after that the website updated to say preorder expected in November. I have emailed asking when I will receive my items but I haven't had a reply and when I've phoned the number on their website nobody answers. It's now 9th December. They've had my money for two months and haven't had the decency to update me or pick up the phone. If I haven't heard anything come the start of Jan I'm going to get in touch with Trading Standards etc. Avoid.

Dec 10,2015Ordered some Assasins Creed memorabilia, which included a figurine and a hooded long-sleeved shirt. They arrived quickly and well packaged, so no dents or snags on my items. Extremely impressed with the quality of both items and the amazing deal I got them for. Will definitely be back for all my gamer merch needs.

My husband has tried calling but gets asked to leave a message even when you are open. I have tried emailing and even messaging the favebook. No response

Dec 11,2015I placed an order early in October (I believe it was October 1st.) It was a while before I made any complaints. I have been contacted ONCE throughout all of this. And it was a request for information that I had already given several times in multiple ways. I want my money back but I don't think it's gonna happen because honestly I think it was a scam and I may need to shut down my bank account so I don't end up part of some scam. Anyway, please just don't do any business with Gamer Heaven because they honestly don't do their job and they obviously don't care, you will just be losing money and maybe even more.
