Dec 08,2015Backordered product and lack of communication on the end for a refund. Looks like ive lost 68 bucks out of the deal. I'm filing complaints with UK trade commission and the e-consumer protection agency. apparently I'm not the only one either. Business is really sketchy.

Dec 07,2015I ordered 2 sweatshirts on Oct. 29th and as of today (Dec 6) have yet to receive my items. I reached out to the company and was told that they are waiting on a shipment. I was told that it would be in "within the next w weeks." I had that conversation on Nov. 20th and my product has still not even been shipped. If able I will update this review when or if i receive my product

Dec 07,2015I placed an order over 6 months ago, it was never shipped. I sent them messages on Facebook, email, public and private messages, to which I got no response. I even tried calling them, but they never answered the phone.

Dec 06,2015Ordered on 16th Nov, thought it would make a great Christmas present but the last email I got was 2 weeks ago informing me it was "awaiting shipment". I'm pretty concerned it won't be here for Christmas or not arrive at all. Should have checked online if they were trust worthy first but the site seemed ok.. I spent more money than I usually would on the item so I'm pretty worried. To add to it there's no way for me to contact them and the website is "down".

Dec 06,2015My order is still awaiting shipment as far as I can tell. It as been for way too long. I'm really nervous about whether or not it's gonna be here in time for christmas. Furthermore their website is down and I can therefore not contact gamer heaven.

Dec 06,2015I ordered a Hoodie and TLOZ messenger bag in March and I understand that since we're in different countries (I'm in the US) it's gonna take awhile, but I received the Hoodie in an honorable time, but I'm STILL waiting for the messenger bag, which in their defense I did not realize that it was a pre-order at the time of purchase, but since then they've had it in stock, and since then I have sent numerous emails about the order. The last email I sent was about a refund on the purchase and they sent an email about store credit and I said i didn't want store credit and I've heard nothing else from them, so needless to say I won't be purchasing anything from them again.

Dec 08,2015I ordered some merchandise for Metal Gear Solid V, which was released at the beginning of september. I made my order on October 7th, and none of the items are even ready to ship yet. They are still on preorder only and it's been months. It is now December 7th and I can't even get a refund because customer support won't contact me back. So I'm out 80 bucks. Thanks a lot, guys
