Dec 09,2015I found that they have a great choice of items at good prices, however I found, and am still finding that they are very slow at dispatching items and not good at replying to customers in a fast manner.

Dec 09,2015Ordered a Fallout 4 mystery box in the middle of November, on the premise it was shipped at the end of November, I thought to myself perfect with a good amount of breathing room to get in time for a friend's birthday in the middle of December. How wrong was I. Checked the order status, still awaiting shipment. Searched for reviews to the site, which I wish I'd done before I ordered, and then I see I'm not the only one! Messaged them on Facebook, it was viewed minutes after I sent and never replied to. I'd usually think this is a typical case of a small company biting off more than they can chew at a busy period and view it with some understanding, but looking back through reviews some poor people haven't received items from last year! And the fact they still try and push store credit on you from what I've read on the other reviews is an absolute insult. Sort yourself out Gamer Heaven, or you're probably going to find an untimely end to what looked from the outside like a good business.

Dec 09,2015Order #101431. Placed October 19th. Every day the website says this item is ready to ship, but my order never shipped. Emailing them never got a response. I would try on Facebook messages and get a response that would promise that it was on the way, etc. and after weeks of this back and forth was finally told that my size of the item I wanted was out of stock so an alternate sweater was offered and accepted and then THAT never shipped as well. After almost two months of attempting to get customer service from their FB messages who every other message was "whats your order number?" I gave up. Finally I simply congratulated them on successfully stealing my money from me. Stay away from this site. I wish I'd read the site reviews up front. Scam scam scamity scam scam scam.

Dec 09,2015After ordering an in stock item, I was told that the item wouldn't be dispatched until the shipment arrived. I then requested a refund and was told to expect one in 5 days. 2 months on and nothing, no refund and my emails are being ignored.

Dec 09,2015No replies, still waiting. Emailed CEO. Literally looked up the emails of the ceo and emailed both waiting in that now. Over two weeks. Not too bad but I spent 170$ in nz money.

Dec 09,2015Wish I had not ordered from this company again as I only received part of my order last year and got no response from them that the item was no longer available nor did I receive a refund, placed a new order this year in August (which was a pre order which they have taken the money for) I have had to contact them on several occasions to find out when my order was going to be dispatched as they have not contacted me, I understand that they may be busy but this is no excuse. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Dec 08,2015Ordered something in August and it never arrived. Emailed them in October asking for a refund and they offer me store credit which was more than what I paid for the item or I can wait because they were just waiting for stock to arrive so I wait. Emailed them in November again asking for a refund and they said I should get it in 5 business days. So that passes and I email them again asking whats going on, they act confused and said i should now get the refund in 5-7 business days. Today I get an email saying my order status has changed to refunded so I check my bank account. Nothing. The bank is now disputing it on my behalf because I don't trust this 'company' to give me a refund. Funnily, they were very quick to take my payment. Don't bother shopping here, shop somewhere where you'll actually get your items. They've got people complaining on various social media platforms and mainly 1 star reviews here for a reason.

Dec 08,2015Ordered a hoodie for my wife's birthday in September 2014, which didn't show up. I rang and emailed every few weeks, repeatedly being told that it would be "in stock next week", and dispatched soon after. The hoodie eventually arrived in August 2015, with a pair of socks and a keyring by way of "apology". The merch is decent quality, though, and I don't regret buying it - only that I tried getting it from this site.

Dec 08,2015Ordered small adult size in fallout hoodie but got XXL in size, I accept mistakes happen so have since tried emailing gamer-heaven.net twice over returning item but stlill no reply from emails 6 days later, tried phoning company but no one answers and you have to leave message but no one gets back to you. Mistakes happen but I think gamer-heaven.net should be quicker in replying as hoodie is a Christmas gift. My advice is beware and I would not order from company again.

Dec 08,2015Don't order from here or any site related to Crazy4 Ltd. I order 2 Hoodies from their site in May. After waiting 6 weeks, i was told on 3 different occasions that there would be stock on a certain day and i would receive my items shortly. All lies as this never happened, and it took a long time but i received one item after 4-5 months waiting. After decieding to wait for the second it never happened and by november i checked their site and the item was no longer advertised. It Took 3 attempts to actually get them to process my refund correctly, the first attempt the person told me their would be stock coming in soon but that never happened. In short. They clearly can't complete orders, and will lie to you repeatedly.

Dec 08,2015I ordered a package on November 29th and the status still reads "Awaiting Shipment". I have read many bad reviews and now I'm worried I will not get my package in time for Christmas...or even get it at all. I saved all my money for this gift and now I may have thrown away $80. I should have done my research before buying from this site. Never again. I will be getting a new credit card as a precaution- I would not trust. PS: The products on this website look great. It's too bad companies do not realize how important customer service and word of mouth is.

Dec 09,2015Status order update - Awaiting Shipment. No way of getting through on the telephone. Messages go unanswered. Emails ignored. Have contacted Credit Card company in the hope I can get my money back as it is highly unlikely I would ever receive the goods. How come they allowed to still be trading. WorldPay should hold some responsiblity as they take your money to pass on to them!
