Dec 05,2015I ordered a sweatshirt a while back, then did some research about the company online (should have done this first, I'll admit). After reading countless negative reviews about missing shipments and unresponsive customer service, I tried to contact the company to determine my sweatshirt's status. I'm still waiting on the item to ship weeks later, and have yet to receive any communication back from the company. They're as absolutely horrible as the online reviews suggest. Completely incompetent business at best, fraudulent scammers at worst. Not sure which.

Dec 05,2015My order was placed over a month ago and there has been no status updates since November 12. All it says is "awaiting shipment " I've sent two emails and got no response. Trying to get this item for my son for Christmas.

Dec 05,2015Complete lack of communication. I tried calling them repeatedly and they would not pick up or return my messages. Email has been wildly inconsistent. I have no idea the status of my order, but I do not want it, I want a refund! that's it! you would think this would be simple. It's imperative that you do your research... customer experiences should be across the board positive, but inconsistency and lack of professionalism outshines the seemingly rare good ones.

Dec 05,2015I WAS SCAMMED. Do not buy from Gamerheaven. I thought I was getting my boyfriend the fallout 4 jacket he's been wanting and weeks later it still says "awaiting shipment". DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Someone has hacked into my card taking unauthorized money from me. DO NOT TRUST GAMER HEAVEN. They have failed to contact me back I've left multiple Facebook messages and emails, won't even answer my calls. I want my money back and I wish this website would be taken down, they've scammed multiple people, I wish I would've found out before purchasing.

Dec 05,2015My only complaint is that there are a lot of listed items that are actually out of stock. It doesn't make sense for me to add an item to my cart that doesn't exist anymore. I had to delete over half of my wishlist because the items didn't exist anymore.

Dec 04,2015When I first found this company the deals were amazing and my first order came in promptly and everything worked great...but then my next few orders something always seemed to happen. Low stock, shipment didn't come in, communication with them would be non-existent (Facebook, email, account messages). I finally got through to customer service and they were little help and wouldn't refund any of my money and just give me store credit. Why would I want store credit if you already showed you don't care about your customers. whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT IT. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR FALSE LOW PRICES. if I could give 0 stars I would.

Dec 04,2015Seen the site. Looked great. Great products. Bought one for £39.99...then I read the reviews. Oh my God my heart sank. I hold no hope for my purchase ever arriving now. The product status has been Gamer Heavens ethos since 26/11/15... AWAITING SHIPMENT. And apparantly this has been the status for some customers since SEPTEMBER?! Who or what have I given my money to?! The story as it stands is that it will dispatched in 7-10 working days. We'll see.

Dec 04,2015Ich habe vor über einem Monat bestellt, wie 90% der anderen Bewertungen tut sich beim Bestellstatus nichts, seit "Awaiting Shipment". Keine Reaktion auf emails oder Anrufe. Meine Bank ist informiert und bucht das Geld nun zurück. Fallt nicht auf die Fakebewertungen rein wofür diese Firma anscheinend das Geld nun ausgibt. Bestellt dort nichts, ihr werdet von eurer Bestellung eh nichts sehen! NIE WIEDER!!

Dec 03,2015I was looking for Fallout 4 merchandise for my brother's Christmas present and Gamer Heaven had what I wanted and was really reasonably priced compared to what I've seen elsewhere. The item arrived extremely quickly. No issues whatsoever (other stores have been struggling this time of year). So thank you and I will definitely purchase from you again.

Dec 03,2015I decided I wanted a Star Wars Christmas jumper to go with the release of the new film so I decided to buy one from this website. Ten days after my purchase and my order is still not been shipped with the order status still set to 'awaiting shipment'. Service is appalling and customer service is completely useless, not only this but I am now £32 out of pocket! BUY ANYWHERE BUT HERE
