Dec 03,2015Ordered on the 9th,still not posted (now 2nd December) and no reasons given. Called w/c 22/11 and told would be posted at the end of the week- heard nothing and nothing posted yet either. Disappointing.

Dec 03,2015I ordered a jumper and coat from the website after seeing an advert in a PS4 magazine. Neither products were stated to be out of stock on the website. I am still waiting for my products that I ordered 17 days ago! They were to be birthday gifts and sadly that date has now well and truely gone. I rang numerous times but couldn't get anything but an answer machine. I also sent an email. They eventually got back to me to let me know that they were having supply issues as product are shipped from abroad. They couldn't give me a "concrete" time of arrival so I guess I am just left hanging. This may be a one off..never used them before..but not impressed and very unlikely to buy from them again.

Dec 03,2015How is this company still being allowed to advertise and supposedly sell items I say supposedly as they take your money but you never receive your orders, my don ordered his destiny hoodie even had his name nighthorrors put on the back this was early sept we are still waiting for it to arrive, disgusting company DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM BEWARE SCAM

Dec 02,2015Disgusting customer service. Sending constant emails to the help line, messages on facebook and calling the telephone number. Took my money and have not received anything back with regards to dispatch and refunds. Do not buy from here. Many reviews the same. Very disaapointed

Dec 02,2015I have been attempting to contact the people at this "company" for over a month now, email, phone, Facebook, you name it. This is in regards to a order I placed Nov 2, now it`s a month, and no word. All communication is always one sided... My order is "awaiting shipment", and i get e-mail to post my review? come one, this is stupidity on so many levels... Never, never i my life i waited so long for any response from a shop or a private seller. It feels like they just took my money, and now play dumb... DONT BUY FROM THEM! You will only lose money and time...

Dec 02,2015Back in September, I ordered a hoodie and t-shirt that were supposed to be in stock. It is now December and my order is still marked as "Awaiting Shipment." I was charged for the order as soon as I placed it. The website said to email them for a fast response, but all I got was an automated email saying the Inbox was full when I emailed them a month ago. I've sent another email, but if I don't get a response soon I will be canceling my order and requesting a refund.

Dec 02,2015I ordered £60 worth of clothing from this site on the 27th of October and have now been waiting for 5 weeks for my parcels!! Every time I go into my account it says awaiting shipment and that's it. So I call the phone number on the site and I'm asked to leave a message. I did this 4 times and asked someone to call me back and I've still had nothing!! I'm gutted as this was for my husband for Christmas. Have now resigned to the fact I've lost £60 and I now have nothing for my husbands Christmas present!! So angry!!!

But I emailed and messaged concerning my order quite a few times via email and Facebook with no response. That could definitely use some work. I haven't received my order yet, but I look forward to it.

Dec 01,2015Placed an order on a item on the 6th of Nov, item stated it was due in stock October 2015. Expecting a two week wait, i hear nothing from the company. So i ask for an update and waited 7 working days still hear nothing. Send them an email 3 working days ago requesting my order to be canceled nothing back in the end. So i have left them a nice message through their website, macbook page and email again asking for it to be refunded and cancel the order as they had already took the money on the 9th and i still have no goods!

Dec 01,2015I pre ordered an item, and had to pay for the item straight away. The website showed what date I should expect to recieve the item / item release date. That date came and went, so went back to the website to check the status of my order, the date had changed for the release date. So I emailed customer service asking about my order - never got a reply. So tried calling the number provided, twice when I managed to get through to someone, I would get cut off as soon as I explained what my query was about. They still have my money and I still haven't had a response. Not a happy customer.
