Nov 14,2015I ordered my product over a week ago and then inquired about an estimated day of delivery and still had no response even though on there customer service tab on the website says email is the best way to contact them. Very disappointed.

Nov 14,2015After ordering items, they can be stuck at the "Awaiting Shipment" stage for easily over a week. However the products themselves are amazing and I've never had any problems with the products.

Nov 13,2015I've messaged them twice on their site asking when my product would be released and when to expect it to be coming and no answer. I've even left them a message on Facebook and have read people have been waiting months and months for their things to come. I really wish I hadn't ordered from them now. Just like I looked up how to cancel an order and it says to go to the order and click cancel, one problem... There is no cancel button, so it looks like I'm going to have to either play the waiting game for my product or fight it out with them for a refund.

Nov 13,2015Been "Awaiting Shipment" since September 14. Maybe try not charging a card until you're in stock of the item ordered and know that it will be shipped in a timely manner.

Nov 12,2015I ordered merchandise over a week ago and paid for tracked postage. I haven't received another status status update in that time saying its been shipped. I also sent an email to enquire about my order two days ago but haven't received a response through that either.

Nov 12,2015I purchased two items on the 28th of September and after hounding them for weeks on their Facebook messenger, they have informed me they will be shipping out my order within 48 hours. It's been over 36 hours and I haven't received a shipping notice as my order is forever stuck on "awaiting" shipment. I ha e made countless threats to contact the UK equivalent of the Better Business Bureau because they should not be taking new orders when people from 5 months ago haven't gotten their hoodie yet. I'm tired of the constant runaround and if I don't receive a shipping notification today, I will be contacting my bank and others to get my money back. This is ridiculous and I will never buy from them again, regardless if I get my hoodie or not.

Nov 11,2015I have ordered a hoodie on 25th October, but haven't received it yet, although it's 11th November now. I have written three e-mails already, but received no answer. The product is 'Awaiting Shipment' since i ordered it, and i think this kind of slowness is awful and unacceptable.

Nov 11,2015So I pre Order an Assassins Creed Hoodie back in August. Game is out since 23rd October. when I call to chase up the rude response is "didn't you read small print, its say Pre Order" So I explain I do Know what a Pre order is, thus Pre Ordering in August. its now November 11th still no Hoodie and conveniently the web site is down. and no one is taking calls. Not Friendly not helpful customer service. Took my Money with in seconds, never known a Pre Order to do that before

Nov 11,2015I placed an order on November 3rd for something that was supposed to come out on November 7th. I received an update on the 4th stating that my order is "Awaiting Shipment" but that's it. I've e-mailed them 2 days ago, (1 day after the item was supposed to have been released) and I have not heard a response as of yet. If you see something on this site, get it elsewhere! Do NOT let them rip you off.

Nov 14,2015I feel like I've been robbed here. I've sent 4 or 5 emails now and haven't had a single reply. No idea what is going on with the status of my order, no expected delivery date, no communications. They've taken my money though, they were very keen to do that immediately. Unless my order is fulfilled or a refund is given I plan to take legal advice.
