Nov 06,2015My order has been sitting in awaiting shipment for a month now. They do not give you the option to cancel the order on the website and when you email them they do not respond. Going to my bank tomorrow to file a fraud claim to get my money back and cancel my card. Horrible company!!

Nov 05,2015I placed my order on 27th October (9 days ago) and according to the order status it is still awaiting shipment!! It is for my husbands birthday which is on Saturday so needless to say I am very unimpressed.

Nov 05,2015I had to change my order last minute so I messaged gamer heaven on Facebook and they changed it immediately. Also didn't charge the few extra pounds that the product cost more than the one I originally ordered :)

Nov 05,2015I ordered a hoody in September and by a month later it still said waiting to be processed. It took 3 emails to the company and I eventually got someone on Facebook who told me they couldn't tell me when I would get it. I asked for a refund and was told no I could get store credit so I had to buy something I didn't even want when the original was a present for someone and I don't have the cash to buy it elsewhere now :(

Nov 05,2015I've ordered 3 hoodies and a few small items from their DESTINY section. Still haven't received anything. It's been over 6 weeks and I've asked multiple times for a status update on my order, but there is still no response from them. I've emailed them once more before writing this review and if they do not get back to me, I'll have to look into calling my credit card company to get a refund back somehow since they charge your card right when you order and NOT when they ship your requested items. I highly suggest anyone thinking of making an order here to buy from somewhere else.

Nov 05,2015all in all the site was easy to buy something at first. Then when I found I had ordered a hoodie that was too big I decided to change it to a smaller size. After doing this, I found instead of changing the order I had ordered a second hoodie. I was able to get in touch with a customer support person who quickly dealt with my problem, and would hand it over to his manager who would deal with it. It has now been several days and I have not heard or seen any sign of the order being cancelled.

Nov 04,2015My order was placed fine and there were no issues, it is a pre order though so nothing has been dispatched as of yet. However, after placing my order I contacted the support staff via the contact form in the my account area, as I had a query about the purchase I had just made. A week later and I'm still yet to receive a response from anyone at Gamer Heaven regarding my query. I hope everything goes smoothly with my order's dispatch because I'm dreading having to contact them in the event that I have an actual problem.

Nov 04,2015Pre-ordered a Assassins Creed hoodie ladyfit. I know it may take longer then other webshops, but they always deliver. One time they could not deliver the item, and they gave back the money in storecredit (+extra). Ordered for the 5th time already. Thanks for the quick reply's on my emails Jake/Jacob!

Nov 04,2015I made a purchase two months ago and it has yet to ship!! I live in northern Ireland it dosent take any formof post a week to get from mainland let alone two months! Worst experience I've had buying anything online!! Will never buy anything from them again!

Nov 04,2015I was honestly perplexed as to why I saw any bad reviews for Gamer Heaven online, and my experience with them has been purely wonderful. The customer service is very courteous about any order inquiries. I made an order for Christmas gifts and put down money on a pre order for two Playstation sweaters. I was told they would be in store by the end of October, and right after Halloween weekend they were already at my door! I was so shocked to see them so fast being all the way over in Canada! I feel so prepared and satisfied and the sweaters are such good quality. I will definitely buy from this shop again. Thank you, Gamer Heaven!

Nov 03,2015I ordered a product based off their image and description on their website. This was a specific looking hoodie and a statue. In fairness to them both arrived and in good condition, however, they opted to go for a much cheaper hoodie and one that didn't fit the description or the image the listed on their website. When I brought it to their attention they tried to hide behind vague descriptions and they even removed the product off their website to defend their own argument. They were wholly unprofessional in email exchanges and refused to resolve the issue. If you order from them avoid any deals and only buy specifically what you wanted.

Nov 06,2015Been a month, still haven't received product don't even get me started on their customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone and I tried calling for close to 2 hours on three separate occasions! My numerous emails and Facebook comments have never been answered. DONT BUY FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!!!
