It's been 53 days since my purchase, and I haven't received my product, they claim it's beacuse the item was a pre-order, but even the availability changes in the website, I've sent an enquiry, fast mail reply for the first one; second and third without response. Besides, no client tracking,

Was a bit put off by some of the reviews of the store but seen past them and ordered. Items arrived within 7 days, which I'm pleased at. Lacking in communication and tracking, could do so much better in this department.

I ordered 3 items almost 7 weeks ago. One was a hoodie with a custom gamertag on the back. Understandably this takes longer than a standard item. So I waited 4 weeks and nothing. I contacted gamer heaven a number of times. I called them to no avail. Messeged them on Facebook and emailed them. Stating that I was not complaining I was just wanted an update. I received an email 2 days later answering my questions. "Unfortunately due to the printing the shipping process is taking longer than usual" Fair enough. I understand that, yet they could not even give me a rough estimate to when my items may arrive. I replied 2 and half weeks later after seeing my item still is awaiting shipment. No updates. No emails. No estimation. I am now here waiting. 7 weeks after paying for my item with very little to go on. Where are my items, Why has no one contacted me and when will they turn up?? I work in a retail store that also supplies online orders and as someone who understands potential issues and customer service I am appalled. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because when I was contacted they were polite, apologetic and because I dont want a refund. I simply want my items.

Bought an item from this site and was charged, but product status remains at 'awaiting shipment'. Tried to contact the customer service team a great number of times by both email and their Facebook page with increasing important and received absolutely no response at all nor refund. Don't buy from them, I'm pretty sure you won't receive your items as I doubt I will EVER receive mine.

I'd love to tell you what the product was like, but they haven't shipped it yet. Paid for next business day and it's been a week. Look, I think this site is probably pretty awesome, but I'll require the product before I can tell that. The price was good and they have good products, but I haven't seen it yet. When I receive it, I'll review my review!

Sam Customer Services very help full in sorting out my order i placed a few months back and not revieved as of yet thank you very much its staff like sam on the other end of the p[hone that are willing to go and ask and find out from there managedment team why and were items are wnd to help in any way there customers re gardless wewtehr there new or old i jsut like to thank sam personly for helping me sort my order and teh help etc as this has thank fully reashuired our mother for the gifts will arrive be for a Anaversary thats been planned since i shall fav and keep the site there for and will in futer shop here again , and if any problems arrise im sure c/s team like sam will endeevour to help mr mason

Purchased a Fallout 4 hoodie in October, was told it was a pre-order item due in November. So I waited. Then in November the order got delayed by a week due to a supplier being late. Once again i was told that the supplier delivery was delayed for one to two weeks. I was then greeted by a different representative who offered to exchange my order for a different hoodie that they did have in stock along with a free gift, however, the next day i was back to talking to the original rep who simply told me "your order will ship in the next 24 hours" .

Customer service was a slight issue, Facebook messages were being seen and then marked and not opened. Twitter and one email address actually responded although when I asked when they were shipping the fallout hoodies out I was told last week when In fact they hadn't come into their warehouse yet. The only truthful person was on email. I recieved it a week later than expected. But received it in under 24 hours of it shipping. My advice is not to order if you're ur not in the UK as it seems they have issues with that. And to keep contacting them about your item.

I ordered the Batman Arkham Knight Official Zip Up Hoodie for my Husband in APRIL for his birthday. After much back and forth of sob stories about troubles with their supplier and empty promises about it being "in the shipment expected to arrive next week". I asked for a refund on Oct 20. On November 20th, again after a number of back and forth emails in regards to my refund I still had not received. On December 1, they adv me that there was an Error with my refund and they asked for my banking information in order to refund my money!??! I worked in the retail industry for over 10 years and it is absolutely ludicrous for a retail merchant to ask for such information from a customer for a refund, especially when they already have my credit card information on file. We make numerous purchases on-line every year and NEVER have we ever had such issues with a merchant and no one has EVER asked for banking information to proceed with a refund. And I have returned items to other UK merchants and the refunds were processed seamlessly.

I bought the sonic Christmas jumper and the quality was brilliant. It was exactly as described and the sizing was perfect. As this was my first purchase I will defiantly be shopping with gamer heaven again.

I ordered merchandise on November 10 2015, despite several messages on Facebook they have sent me nothing and refuse to provide a delivery date. They have also now chosen to stop answering my messages asking for a refund. Absolutely disgraceful, untrustworthy and possibly fraudulent. Do not order anything from them.
