Ordered item which was in stock on 20th. Now 27th and still says 'awaiting shipment'. Sent several emails, FB messages and no response. Has since managed to order item from elsewhere and have it delivered quicker than by these guys
On Nov. 11th I placed an order for a hoodie for my grandson. As of today, Nov. 26th. I have not heard one word about it. All I get when I check the status is "awaiting shipment". It would be very nice to find out what is going on, so I know what to do. The e-mail address you show apparently does not work for the U.S.A., all I get is the e-mail address cannot be found. The ease of ordering was great, but your follow up notices, not so much.
I ordered he Arkham knight jacket in August as birthday gift for my boyfriend. After a month of waiting to just even ship it, I send an email. I'm given a generic email saying that some items aren't in stock and are due to preorders. I send back that when I ordered it was clearly in stock and this time an actual person emails me back. He tells me that my size I ordered will be in later that week and then sent out. Well? It's now end of November and nothing. Every time I send an email all I get back is "thanks for your message". My credit card has already been charged the almost $100 I spent on this jacket. Yet nothing to show for it. So 3 months and still waiting. Signed, Disappointed.
I ordered a Fallout 4 hoodie on 4th November, according to the website it was due to ship early November - great! Order hadn't shipped by mid-November so I emailed gamer-heaven three times with no response, and eventually had to take to Facebook messenger to get an answer (late shipment from supplier). Over three weeks later and the order still hasn't shipped, and repeated attempts to contact the company have failed. Attempted Facebook messenger again for a refund, and got a curt response, asking why I wanted a refund. I replied on Monday, it is now Thursday evening and have received no response or acknowledgement of my message. Terrible communication and service, although good prices - should you ever actually receive what you ordered. Avoid this company at all costs.
Little communication from them. Ordered the item a week ago, for anow event and it still hasn't been despatched. If it wasn't in stock I should have been informed.

Order status remains the same, "Awaiting Shipment". No replies to emails. So if you want to contact them, DON'T email. I phoned today and have been informed it's a pre-order item. It says "Pre-order November" which actually means the end of November. So I'm hoping I will still receive my items.
Ordered two items from them that have yet to be shipped. Emailed them asking about it and haven't had a response yet. Placed my order on the 14th of November; it is now the 26th of November.
I have ordered a hoodie of off this website and it has been a month and i have not got any updates on it at all. Very poor service and shipping
I phoned up chasing an order that was starting to become belated - and was need fro my sons birthday. When I phoned i was greeted by a very helpful representative. H understood my situation and we worked a way around the order by swapping some items around to compensate for this and the price difference i was offered some "freebies" for my son, I would say in this day and age its rare to actually be compensated and offered freebies - i would say one of the best customer services experiences i have had in quite while. I would recommend gamer heaven.
Ordered Call of Duty Hoodie 10th October, after phone calls, emails and messages on Facebook managed to speak to customer services. Pre-order which I was told would be out by the end of October, still on awaiting shipment, was offered store credit which is unacceptable. Will be contacting my bank to reverse the charges and also contacting the Fraud Online Service. I have contacted the Citizen's Advice, who explained that I need to send a letter into the company stating the following act. Consumer Contract Information, Cancellation Additional Charges Regulations 2013 and send by recorded delivery and await their response but they have had my money since 10th October and I'm not waiting fourteen days for them to respond or in their case ignore it like they have done so far. My advice avoid this company of scammers.

order the cloth at 11/03 said awaiting shipping and today is 11/23 and is still awaiting shipping,and counldnt even return this, thahnks
Pre-ordered items, never received. Order status was never updated from "awaiting shipment". Had to call AMEX to get refund. Still waiting for a resolution.
Its been over a month and no one replies to my emails. Order still hasnt shipped but shows instock on the website. From the reviews Ive seen Im not the only one they've stolen from and I intend to contact the authorities for violation ofcredit card and international trade laws
It has been over a week and im still waiting on my order to even ship. The shop is great. It's awesome all of the stuff i can get but if it's going to be more then a week before it ships it should say..
They have a great selection of officially licensed gaming merchandise, however it's been a week and my order is still awaiting shipping...maybe just a problem with the particular item I bought.
