Ordered a few items on the 27th of October. As of today (10th of November, no sign of delivery). Numerous phone calls which just go to answerphone and no reply to emails! Not happy with service at all.

Ordered One Destiny Hoodie june 24th 2015, did not received it yet....I had some back and forth very polite e-mails from customer service telling me that it will come in soon for about 4 month now....I think I lost my money and my son is VERRRRRrrrrrry desapointed!

Pros: I order in the past from them and the product was very good. The team behind the support will response in a day. Cons: Most of there product are "available", but it's not. I order something and after 4 month they say they will received my product and ship it to me.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my grandson, a Christmas gift, I got a notification awaiting shipment, at the bottom, I click to view status, when I did, it said server is invalid, you might be connecting to a server pretending to be gamer-heaven, I have sent 2 e-mails & 1 to crazy4ltd since they took my money & connected me to gamer-heaven! At this point I cannot with all honesty give a good review, especially after 2 emails & several attempted phone calls, which I was never able to get connected! I'm hoping that I do get my order, since they did take my money & I don't have a Christmas Gift!

Honestly...I ordered a hoodie 4 months later it still hasn't arrived and there customer service is terrible, sent them an email and still I have no response...utterly disgusting!!! Oh and they've taken my money aswell, so I'm out pocket!!! IDIOT'S!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 items on the 14th September, they took the money straight away (15th September). It is now 9th November and despite emailing asking about my order, no response, 1 item was a pre-order, but other was in stock (according to their site) I have since requested a cancellation and still heard nothing.

Opened an account to purchase a product however requested to cancel on the same day I placed the order (30 October 2015) and never received an email response. Requested multiple times on Facebook via a direct message however they would not listen to me and stopped replying, had to dispute the transaction through my credit card provider. Do not use.

Still waiting for my order to be dispatched. It's been weeks now. They took the money right away! Tried customer service by email and telephone, no reply. Awful customer service, do not use this site!

Order status changed to 'Awaiting Shipment' 10 days ago and noting since... Sent e-mail... No reply! Not good. My order can't be ready to ship for 10 days. No communication. I'm concerned my order will now not arrive and it's a present.

Ordered using the pre order option. Was easy to do and got confirmation. A few days later had update saying awaiting shipping. 10 days later nothing further so emailed to ask status as order is Christmas gift. No response saying email received and nothing heard back. So site is easy to deal with but customer service non existent. Not good when most orders are pre orders and customers are looking for updates.

It is just as it sounds. I've asked for updates and they just haven't given any. I asked for reasons, they haven't responded. I asked for a refund since it's been almost SIX months since I made the order that they have not fulfilled and they have not answered me. Maybe they do better in the UK, but as an American customer, I have not seen anything remarkable. If you're an American customer looking to buy from here, be careful. They might do to you what they have done to me.

We ordered a Destiny Hoodie and a tshirt for a Christmas present in November 2014. It has still not arrived, one year later. Repeated contact with customer service has had them state that the order would ship. Eventually one of the items - the tshirt - arrived, 9 months after the order - but the hoodie still has not. We had even requested that the order be cancelled if it could not be fulfilled, and they did not do this. Do not order with this company under any circumstances.

I did not receive the item that was immediately charged to my account. I cannot get anyone in the company to answer my emails. I can't track the package. Bad experience with this company.

I ordered an item 3 weeks ago and was charged and still have not received my item or received any response. I have sent multiple emails. This is a gift for my son and is so disappointing.
