Nov 17,2015Early in August I purchased a Legend of Zelda mystery box from this company. I had the similar situation to most of the other negative reviews on here where it switched to awaiting shipping. After a month of hearing nothing I emailed them, requesting a refund of my order. Promptly they replied apologizing for the situation and then agreeing to refund my order. I waited about 3 weeks for a reverse to appear on my credit card and got nothing. I have sent multiple emails to them asking for an update and its been nothing but radio silence. At this point I have to assume this website is just a fake front, they take your money and run, without giving out any actual products. Any positive reviews existing on this website I can only assume are fake ones posted by the company itself to create some illusion that people may get some money back.

Nov 17,2015I love when I send a complaint email about how it's been months and months without receiving my product and I get a response of, "make sure you completed your order!". Are you serious? I was charged, I emailed you 5 times and all you say is make sure.... I sent the entire confirmation email attached in all of the complaints so there is no reason to doubt my confirmation. Then you have the balls to send me an email asking me to rate you? Your idea. Will never use Gamer-Heaven ever again, and might need legal action just to finish my one and only purchase from them. Unacceptable and if there only was a 0-Star button... It would be depressed. Do not use Gamer-Heaven. Horrible customer service, or should I say complete lack-thereof, and no professionalism whatsoever. Thanks, have a great day

Nov 16,2015Ordered a Fallout 4 hoodie from Gamer-Heaven as part of the Fallout 4 hype train I was on, they were offering a free Vinyl Pop figure which my girlfriend loves so I thought why not. It wasn't until after I placed my ordered it occurred to me I've never ordered from these guys before so I looked up reviews, my heart sank as I saw the bad reviews. "Scam", "Bad service" were among them so I got concerned but figured I'd just wait it out and see what happened. My fears were taken away though when I received the item I ordered today with the Vinyl Pop figure as well! Will definitely be ordering from them again! The only negative I have is that it took 11 days to arrive. However they did email me saying they had to restock my item so it would arrive later than usual.

Nov 16,2015Haven't received my order from almost 2 months ago. I've sent numerous emails & no replys! Horrible company! To the point where I'm going to call my bank for a refund! The funny thing is the money was taken out my account fright away!

Nov 16,2015I placed an prefer at least a month in advance and have recieved nothing 2 months later. I thought at first maybe they havnt gotten my stuff in I'll wait a bit longer, but it might be acceptable if they would at least answer my emails. I would never do business with this company again.

Nov 16,2015I ordered a few things from this site and I received 1 package and I didn't contain everything. I looked at my order online and it said the remaining package was too follow but it didn't say when it would ship or why it would ship. I went to their site and submitted a email asking why and they haven't responded yet. It's been about 4 months since I ordered my things and of almost accepted that I won't receive my other part of tlmy order

Nov 15,2015I was really looking forward to the product that I ordered on October 3rd. My credit card has been charged and it hasn't even been shipped yet. To top it off it is November 15th. How can a company ask for a review my product has yet to be shipped? Let alone charge my credit card when the product supposedly isn't even in stock???

Nov 15,2015Made my order at the end of September - had to put my foot down for a refund as its now November with no item, minimal communication, and no garuntee of delivery this side of 2016! Terrible company, will not be ordering from them again!

Nov 15,2015Order status has been "awaiting shipment" for a week. Tried to get answers but no reply to emails and no answer on customer service phone line. Very poor all round. Will wait a few days before contacting bank and card company. Won't be dealing with them again and will be advising others to do the same.

Nov 15,2015Goods ordered in September 2015, expected shipment in October. No contact from shop, no answer on phone and no reply to email but STILL awaiting shipment and it's now mid-November. Currently £37 down and looking into other avenues for getting my money back. Terrible service, AVOID.

Nov 15,2015A month ago I found an amazing cardigan on Gamer-Heaven. I bought it since it was the only place online that had it in stock. After not having paid I didn't hear anything from them in 3 weeks. Then I contacted them asking why I had not yet received my cardigan (the money was out of my account day after I placed the order). To all surprise I got an email back saying they did not have the Cardigan in the size I had ordered, and that they would have it in 10-15 days. I am still waiting it to be dispatched. They have stopped answering my emails. They completely lack communication, and basic understanding of how to run a business. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

Nov 17,2015I pre ordered an assassin's creed gauntlet in September. Upon release, my order wasn't sent out, so I emailed them. They replied 2 weeks after release, saying that they were getting new stock as early as the next day. I waited a week before emailing them again, still no order, I emailed asking them what's going on. No reply. 3 days later, I email asking for a refund, no reply. A week after that, over a month after I placed the pre order, and 3 weeks after the release of the product, I demanded a refund. No reply. After 2 more messages I finally got a reply saying they were in stock and asking me if I still wanted it. Their email system then started throwing back messages saying their mailbox was full. 3 days later I managed to get through. I told them either send it out or refund me, I don't care which, just do something. Guess what, no reply, no shipment. It's now the 17th and I've still got nothing. Avoid this company, I am NEVER ordering anything again. Taking money from you and not honouring it, I'll be contacting my bank and getting the charge reversed. This company should be shut down.
