Oct 24,2015The first time I bought an item from Gamer Heaven I waited an extra month for delivery than expected. I was happy with the item when it arrived and the customer service was understanding and delivered on it's promise of the new expected arrival time. This time, there were no problems. The item arrived earlier than expected and of course, is exactly how it was advertised and Im very happy with it. YOU TOTALLY REDEEMED YOURSELVES!

Oct 23,2015Horrible. I ordered a sweatshirt in July and only received an email stating "awaiting shipment". After over a month they said "oh we ran out of your size". so instead of getting a refund we waited for the correct size. It took about 2 1/2 months to get it. When it arrived it was too small. So I immediately ordered a larger size instead of trying to do a refund to England. It is now exactly one month later and still "awaiting shipment". So frustrating. I emailed Gamer Heaven with no reply. I would never order again due to the poor customer service and constant monitoring whether or not I will get the item. If you don't care when you get the item then it won't be a problem. But the product itself is great!!

Oct 20,2015I have been waiting about a month now, and the status of my order continues to show "awaiting shipment". Can't get through to them to ask about it. They have unique products, but something seems shady about this whole organization. On their Facebook page, I see multiple people complaining about not ever getting orders. Doubt I will ever do business with them again.

Especially my order. Did I just pay for something that is never going to arrieve? Second time ordering from here. The first time everything was flawless. This time, not sure what's going on.
