Oct 16,2015I ordered a couple items from Gamer Heaven in May 2015. I only received one of the items and the other on back order. After several months I had to ask them about the order and they said it would be a couple months at least for new items to possibly arrive. When I asked for a refund they just ignored me. It's been almost 6 months with no refund. Don't do business with these crooks. They will steal your money. Also their products are cheap and overpriced.

Oct 16,2015got a nice looking jacket and wallet. understood itd take a while. but then a week out it was still pending. a month and a half has passed, its still pending, they have never responded to my weekly message to see if they are even real. DONT TRUST THIS SITE. they will take your money and leave.

Oct 16,2015I've been waiting for a while now for an order of mine. I get that it would take a good while to get it done but I have messaged the team to see if I can get any info. When I send the message, I'm told that I ahould have a reslonse soon. Well, I sent the message about a week or so ago and no reply whatsoever. I'm basically sitting here in the dark on both my orders. Highly doubt I'll be doing anything with these guys again once my orders are complete.

Oct 16,2015I had been keeping my eye on a Zelda messenger bag to give as a gift. I was a little apprehensive to purchase from Gamer-Heaven.net since I would be a new international customer. I took a chance when I received a coupon and the item was on sale. Well, let me tell you it was a Perfect transaction from start to finish! Great communication, Fast shipping (even with customs) , packaged well and nice quality item. I can't wait to give the gift! Thank you for for living up to my expectations! This USA customer will be back!

Oct 16,2015Ordered 2 products, still waiting for delivery ordered in June it's now near November yet took my money haven't heard anything from them since I last raised this up with them will never order from them again and advise nobody else not to, I'm a patient man but this is just taking the biscuit, one wonders if it's even a real company and not just a con for gamers dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement of the century

Oct 15,2015Order my destiny hoodie had email to review you 2 weeks ago, you have taken the money out of my account, but I am still waiting for my hoodie to turn up, I wish id read all the reviews, warning people not to buy of this site before I ordered, if not received by next weekend I will expect a full refund, as trading standards, have told me I can open up a case agsinst you.

Oct 15,2015So I ordered a sweatshirt from this site for my boyfriend on September 13. It has now been a month since I ordered it and it STILL HASN'T SHIPPED! At this point, I'm just so angry! I paid a good amount of money for that sweatshirt! My boyfriend and I have both sent them emails asking what the hell is going on and their excuse is always: "We have a severely delayed shipment due to demand and we don't know when the supply will be restocked but we expect a shipment sometime next week." Always next week. I'm honestly starting to wonder if these people are just taking money and not sending the items. My boyfriend even discovered someone else on facebook that ordered something from this site SIX MONTHS AGO and it has not shipped yet! I am SO FED UP! I WILL NOT be ordering anything else from this site.

Oct 14,2015Scam artists. The website looks professional, but they've disabled people posting on their Facebook, the number leads to an automated voice, and emails are never responded to. If I have not received my refund within 15 days from now I will be contacting trading standards and having further legal action taken against them. Avoid this company at all costs.

Oct 14,2015I love ordering from this company! I never have any problems ordering/receiving my merchandise. The only "downside" I can think of is that it does take a bit longer to receive it, but that is because I don't live in the UK therefore, it's not the companies fault. I will be ordering from gamer-heaven for many more years to come!

Oct 12,2015I am very dissatisfied and disapointed! I placed a purchase on the 11th of September, had it confirmed and an email sent from booth gamer haven and the finance company they use to receive their purchases. I waited over a month with no updates on my order and put in an inquiry and all they'll send me is an email telling me to complete the order when I already have. My account records prove this as well.

Oct 11,2015So far it has been a month and I have yet to receive the items I ordered. I do trust my items will be great quality and that I will be satisfied with my purchase, but it has been a month and still nothing. I do plan on ordering from here more, but this shipping time is kind of ridiculous. I'll have to wait for my items before giving a more accurate review and do hope my items get shipped quicker in the future.
